Legit almost every time I come here and there is one specific person at the window (I don’t know her name) she ALWAYS gives me the wrong food and drinks. Like today went to get a sandwich turns out when I got to work I was given a bagel that wasn’t even toasted, what a waste of money. it’s simply because I swear she refuses to read it’s happened multiple times but this was like the 10th time (over the span of like 4 months because I don’t go very often) and now I’ve finally decided to leave a review because it’s just quite ridiculous at this point.

Rudest worker I have ever met. Ordered drinks with my friends HOURS before they closed and lady with glasses complained that people who get refreshers have a “hive mind”. We told her straight she was being rude.

Dunkin’ Donuts is a failing company, which gets your order wrong far more than it gets it right and this is not specific to one Dunkin’ Donuts. I’ve had this experience at all of them.

It was pleasant to work here. The employees cared about their customers and in giving them a good experience.
This DnD is in a prime location. Management is something to be desired. Last week this place has been a wreck, computers not working, re paving the parking lot (why not just shut the place down). Look at the end of the day they have 1 job sell coffee and donuts. Failed on large scale. I drive alittle further and experience a better managed place. I'm done
Unbelievably bad. The girl who took my order showed she couldn't of cared less. I actually walked out without my coffee I was so upset. And I paid for it. She took my order and then decided to take 2 or 3 other orders from the drive thru. Make them before finishing mine. She couldn't move any slower. And no it wasn't her first day, she knew what she was doing!
First time,,,, and definitely last time in this one. I'll give my 4 dollars for a large ice coffee somewhere else.

DUNKIN GO-Gustavo, OMG I HOPE THE AREA SUPERVISOR sees this post. They closed but he took my order for 2 diet cokes & allowed me to pay later. Customer service like that is TOP NOTCH!!!!!!!!!!
