When pulling up to the window the worker asked “ what do you want” in a rude tone but I am not one to judge we all have our bad days, but after asking to have a drink made a certain way due to dietary needs. (This hasn’t been a problem at other locations) the worker simply told me “nah” and proceeded to snatch my credit card from my hands when I pulled up to the window to pick up my other drink.

Just returned a drink because it was made wrong, surprising, and was remade wrong. I informed them it wasn't correct, and they told me I made it right in front of your face. Not very professional.

This dunkin is the worst I have ever been too. They should shut this location down. Full staff but sat for 5 minuets in a drive thru with no one taking orders. I hate this dunkin

Crazy that the manager, Sarihia, has not been let go do to her lack of being professional. Donovan services needs to get their act together and hire managers that actually care and know how to be professional so they are a better example for employees, if the manager can treat customers horribly the employees see and do the same.

The manager specifically is rude and has a bad attitude! I’m the customer and my drink was made wrong, they would not re make or give my money back, she told me to throw it in the trash if I didn’t like it! She was talking back to me and told me to pick a different Dunkin to go to in the mornings! LIKE are you serious this is how you’re going to treat your customers…. It’s a shame I don’t recommend going here.

Don't bother going to this location. Staff is very rude.
For a year now I bring my clean stanley to get filled with iced coffee.
Today I was told that it's not a brand new cup and they will not take my "dirty, germ filled" cup. I said I have been having dunks fill this cup for a year now and the rude woman said "well, not while I'm here"
They never messed up my order which is pretty rare.

I went thru the drive up and got a breakfast wrap and a specialty hot coffee to go.Neither was more than 'meh' in my opinion. Maybe because I haven't been in a while, so I expected it to be better? I'm not sure, but I was disappointed and didn't finish either of them.A few days prior, I had stopped by the same Dunkins drive up for 4 glazed donuts for my grandsons' after school treat. The donuts were gone as quickly as the bag was opened so my guess is that they were yummy.
Kid-friendliness: My grandsons were happy with the glazed donuts to go.

Went in with my boyfriend and ordered 3 items total. Two drinks and a sandwich . My boyfriend had ordered a sandwich and paid for 2 sausage patties to be on it. They didn’t put one of that patty on it. That however isn’t the problem. The problem is when I went in I said “I really hate to be that person..” and the worker with orange and red dreads said “no you’re not”. There’s no reason why he needed to be an a*****e over a sandwich. I wasn’t giving attitude in the first place.
Pants were also sagged enough to see undergarments. November 6th 3pm.
