I give them another chance , not a fan of Dunkins. Walked in ordered food , lady at register was very nice , She said veg cream cheese on bagel please. One of the other employees said. We don't do that. But I'll be nice and do it . I'm done !! Bye ,, Not a good thing to say when customer is standing there. Should explain why you can't do it .. plus messed told twice veg cream cheese The place very clean too

I always ask for extra caramel in my coffee and never get it at this location. It’s super frustrating to have to go back and hear “oh you want more?” No, I want what I ordered and paid for.
