The food at this establishment is delicious, but the customer service, specifically from the women who work there is consistently disappointing. They come across as rude and impatient, rushing customers even when there’s no line or reason to hurry. In contrast, the male staff members are polite and provide good customer service, which makes the difference in treatment even more noticeable. I’m not sure what’s going on, but the female employees could definitely benefit from customer service training. As much as I enjoy the food, it’s hard to justify returning when the service is this poor.

my favorite place to get dinner after work 😝 NEVER misses! my favorite thing to get is a rice bowl with birria, veggies, queso, and chipotle mayo. it’s so much cheaper and so much better than chipotle. the amount of food you get and how tasty it is is so worth the price and more. they do NOT know how to be stingy, every time I go they make sure my bowl is absolutely loaded. It can literally last me two meals.

The food and produce is great quality. staff is very nice. chipotle could never compare everyone needs to give this place to try. if you go get this burrito, light white rice, steak, queso, lettuce, onions and peppers, cilantro, double corn, tomato salsa, lime, sour cream, and chipotle sauce it’s gonna change your life!!!!!!!

The food here is always great. The portions are always generous, everything is super flavorful, and the service is always great and super friendly. The only time I've ever had a less than amazing experience was when the red cabbage on my order got mixed up for red radish (which, even then, I could just pick off). If this place does not outlive me, I will be both deeply saddened and equally confused.

I ordered A quesadilla with Carne Asada online for pick up. The order was ready quickly, but the entire quesadilla was sopping with grease and all of the sides, salsa, guac and sour cream, were missing. Very disappointing have gotten the burrito bowl before and they are very good. Don’t get the quesadilla.

Me and my wife went in recently because she craved something to eat. We got this and it came out so well everything tasted amazing, freshly made and came out to be pretty affordable for the size. The people were nice and friendly and made sure we had enough napkins and spoons. It was so good I already want to go back.
I ordered online and then picked it up which was very convenient. I got some nachos to share with my husband and was able to customize them exactly how we wanted them and it was the best nachos we’ve ever had (coming from a Mexican). The price was great too because it was enough to feed the both of us and we still had leftovers. We also got some Mexican street corn and fried ice cream, everything was a 10/10!

Wow! Salsa was actually really good not just sad old premade refrigerated filler. Servings were generous. Everything was tasty, including birria. Churros were perfectly cooked, not too raw in the middle and not overdone.
