I placed an order (pick up) for a Caesar salad wrap and fries. The chicken was burnt! The fries were seasoned so heavy, I could not tolerate eating them and I am not salt sensitive. Really disappointed tosay the least.

We got there late (9:00pm) and it was very loud as it is more of a bar setting (we have never been before as our son is a freshman at local university), but no complaints because the staff was amazing and the food incredible. Best food I have had so far in the Bridgewater area. I highly recommend.
There was NO HEAT. You could see your breath and everyone there stayed in their winter jackets. Two couples got up and left. The place was absolutely freezing and the waitstaff completely ignored the customers and stayed huddled at the corner near the kitchen. When asked to microwave the food to heat it, the waitress let out an exasperated sigh and was annoyed her conversation was interrupted. Been there quite a few times but not sure I'll ever go back. Absolutely horrible experience.
I will start this off with saying we have visited many times and perhaps last night was an off night for food but the way it was handled, or better yet wasn't even addressed and acknowledged warranted leaving this poor review. All 3 members of our party ordered steak tips. All 3 orders not only severely over cooked but also the cut of meat was very tough to the point of almost inedible, when asked how the meal was 2 members of the party said NOT great. The waitress said something else prior to clearing plates again feedback was given about the food, never were we asked if we wanted a refire, to order something else or if we'd like to speak with a manager she just went about her business. Also brought a check over without checking if we wanted anything additional- dessert- additional drinks- anything...... I mean one member of our party didn't even eat anything but a few fries from her plate. Overall very disappointed and will think twice before returning or recommending going forward. ETA- since my review I have spoken with Nick the owner. He and I shared a conversation about the experience that evening. Based on the interactions and hearing his expectations for service and such we will definitely put Greyhound Tavern back into our rotation
