It’s sad that I’m close by and the food is cold when it gets to me. French toast is meant to be hot. Mine came and it was cold. It was hard to eat because it tasted off aka the inside is dry and stiff. Just one bite and I got all that. Asked for powdered sugar and apple cinnamon. Neither of those were on/with the order. Syrup is not the best either.

This place used to be great. It’s errors seem to come from easy fixes. There’s no real consistency with the quality here. Food order will be wrong, quality is horrible, which come on, just redo it rather than push it out ‘bad’ to the customer. French toast should be hot. Not cold and taste like several other fried items from one bite.

They used to be amazing! Ever since covid their coffee taste like water flavor coffee. No ice in the Ice iced coffee. I hope they can fix their issues. Because they were great.

Place closes at 3 and I went at 2:40 and everything was locked down, rang the bell and asked if it was closed and lady unsympathetically said yeah. Don't say you close at 3 if you close 30 minutes early. Awful service

We waited 30 mins for a BLT and Turkey club. Didn’t realize bacon cooked so slow! Also, fries were bland - no salt or seasoning. Will look elsewhere for lunch. Didn’t try the coffee.

Ordered food and they charged me for it and it was not in the stapled closed bags. Food was mediocre at best sandwiches very soggy and soup not hot. Overall, don’t recommend.

I ordered a chicken club with fries. The chicken was too tough to chew, I removed it and still ate the sandwich which was pretty good. The fries tasted like the fryer oil was dirty. I will try something else in the future.

My husband ordered via their online ordering system this morning. Pick up time was only 20 minutes. When he entered the restaurant, he was told he would have to wait. Three people got their order before us and one of them being a walk in that ordered at the counter. He was then asked if the order was under a different name and it wasn’t made yet after 40 minutes. When he got home with the food the breakfast sandwich had raw egg on it that was smashed all over the bag. Half cooked bacon and the cheese wasn’t melted. He ordered banana pancakes and it was a regular pancake with cut up bananas thrown on top.
