The food is still good, but the service was horrible!!! We never got bread, never got water, and NEVER got our salads. The waitress was beyond incompetent. Staff training is non-existent. As I said, food is still good, but the portions have shrunk like most places.

Calamari was frozen with no flavor.!! Pasta sauce very watery with lack of flavor. Veal little tough. Ordered BAKED ZITI. Received ziti and mixed meat sauce. Very disappointed.
I love the food here. It's a very nice Italian restaurant. I get subs here all the time. Nice to go to a place that still has good subs filled with meat at a good price. Today I had a veal parm with mushrooms onions and pepper. The stuffed shells are really good here

Francescos used to be our go to italian food. They have really gone down hill. Chicken parm was disgusting. The chicken was so tough to cut and chew and had no flavor. Acidic watery sauce. Couldn't do it. Seriously gross.. good service was great but the atmosphere was meh.
