I enjoy the pizza as takeout. The atmosphere for dine-in is very casual. I am a vegetarian and ordered the eggplant parmesan which I never would have guessed has a sauce which contains chicken broth. Luckily the waiter let me know and substituted it out with marinera.Vegetarian options: Make sure to ask first to make sure there is no chicken broth in the sauce of whatever you order.

Francesco’s is the best Italian restaurant around! Always amazing service, exceptionally clean & friendly atmosphere, excellent quality food & overly generous portions. The extended bar was a great addition. They have the best side salad, and house dressing, and still a place that serves fresh, warm bread with your meal which is hard to find these days.My favorite is the Haddock Francaise.If you are lucky enough to be in the area this is definitely a place you want to check out.

While the server was excellent, the food was unfit for human consumption. I ordered the fried Calamari and have never been more disgusted by what was on my plate. While given a semi generous serving, the breading was, literally, grey, when I pulled it apart. The oil smell was rancid and the tiny little piece of calamari inside was grey, as well. That was it for me.

Honestly, haven't dined in here in years, always get take out. We usually get a hamburger and pepperoni pizza, and it never disappoints. Plenty of toppings, great sauce, and stellar crust. We also can't get take out here without an order of the appetizer Buffalo chicken tenders, they are fantastic!!! There are obviously other pizza places that are closer to me, but none have the consistently great pies and tenders of Francesco's. Definitely never disappointed.

It pains me to write this review, having been a regular customer to now only ordering on occasion.First, let me start by saying Francesco’s has the BEST Italian food around.. no one can beat their chicken/eggplant/veal parm. However, I do NOT recommend this restaurant for takeout.Take out service has severely gone downhill (missing food, inconsistent pricing, and lack of menu knowledge when ordering). I understand mistakes happen, but there is a problem when issues take place with every order. This is a large part of the reason why we do not order here as nearly as often as we used to (in addition to the restaurant now choosing to close on Sundays).All in all, if you’re going to eat here, the food will not disappoint, but be sure to double check your bag/box before leaving.

Ordered takeout yesterday The prices are UNREAL $16 for a steak and cheese sub just an average steak and cheese $22 for chicken tenders and fries... nothing else included just frozen fries and tenders Better options in Sturbridge.. these prices are ridiculous

It's great tasting food from grinders to pizza right on to full dinners, and it's all good. Great chicken parmesan grinders and zuppadi pesce to die for Francesco's has something great to eat for everyone's liking ?

We went and ordered the eggplant parmigiana chicken Marsala and garlic bread. Got enough for three meals. Eggplant is the best I’ve ever had and super delicious! Food is always excellent and portions are generous. My favorite Italian restaurant. Staff is friendly and welcoming.

Prices have gone up but the sauce is very good. Pizza is also good. If you like Italian food, it is a good place to go.
