Place is great,my go to is jalapeño cheddar bagel toasted, bacon,egg and cheese with a smear of bacon horseradish cream cheese on one side!!! Delicious!

DISREGARD THE BAD REVIEWS FOR THESE GUYS! I come in here for multiple bagels a handful of mornings every week and I am never disappointed. The people behind the counter are always doing something, whether that's prepping, cleaning, making orders, what have you. It sucks to see some of the attitudes other reviewers have, I guarantee they were the ones in the wrong. Bagels are always 10/10 and everyone is always super nice. Definitely recommend.

Owner or manager was a real scrooge on Christmas Eve. They had sold out of bagels and were making more but he wouldn't let people even wait in the store for 15 minutes while they were being made while its below freezing out.
Completely mediocre experience!Walked in at noon on a Sunday. They were completely out bagels! Ordered bacon egg cheese sandwiches on what they had left, 2 types of wraps, and sourdough, which was essentially just white bread. Received soggy, untoasted sandwiches, and one half didn't even have bacon on it. The 9 employees standing behind the counter and in the backroom also seemed excessive. I've heard that this place is usually awesome, but it's clear they've lost their standard of quality.
