Food was good. Order was missing my pizza. Overpriced ordering online. They did credit my credit card for the missing item but would not send another out to me. Will not order again.

Just wanted to give Marty the new Manager at Bertucci's a shout out..He was awesome and I love his customer service. The new cashier messed up my order and then gave me attitude, and Marty stepped right in and fixed the problem and didn't charge me a thing..Definitely will be revisiting

Wonderful staff. Friendly, attentative. My grandson had a kids cheese pizza. My wife a flatbread. These were both very good. I had a chicken Caesar salad. While it was tasty, there wasn't much to it for $16 at lunch. I felt this was a poor value. Overall I would go back and order something else.

The worst pizza I ever ate in my life. my husband and I ordered 2 small pizzas the Pizza crust was so black and burnt on both that my husband was pissed so we drove back to the restaurant to return. they offered to make 2 new pizza's okay got home and of course pizza was undercooked raw dough, nasty pizza sauce, not an authentic margarita pizza.

They deserve 0 stars! From the food to the staff (management included) what a joke! Just close and put a good restaurant in the space - please.

First, we love Bertucci's food and have had decent service there previously. This time though we eventually left without eating. It was frustrating and disappointing. So my ratings on food and value should be "N/A," but I couldn't continue without putting in a rating for all categories. Here's the story: We arrived early for a 6:30 reservation for four persons. We were told that we'd still have to wait with others (who had no reservations) for 10-15 minutes. The waiter said there was nothing she could do; they had three large groups and were very busy. Over half of the tables were empty. We tried to be understanding and waited. After 20 minutes, I went back to the head waiter's desk to inquire about the situation. No one was there though there were about 10 persons waiting to talk with someone. When a waiter came over to get placemats, I asked her if she knew how much longer we'd have to wait. She apologized and said she'd talk to the manager. But she didn't. I then found the person we first spoke with. She said she didn't know how much longer we'd have to wait. While we were talking another group of four arrived for a reservation at 7:00. The staff member went to talk with the manager who then came over to talk to us and the other party. He said there wasn't much he could do, but he'd try to get us seated in 10 minutes or so. Not trusting that estimate and how long it would take to actually get food, we decided to leave. We understood that they were short-staffed and stressed out. I felt sorry for the wait staff. I expressed that to the manager, saying, "We get it." We were always polite. But I did make the point that they then should not have taken more reservations, and should have been more realistic about wait times. My other feedback is that the manager could have expressed his understanding of our situation. Instead, he approached us as though we were being unreasonable. His half apology rang hollow. Unfortunate.

We had a reservation and we're waiting patiently when the manager came up and was extremely rude. He told us there's a very long wait and said don't you think everybody has a reservation here! He did not have to talk to anyone like that. We were waiting quietly when he approached us with that attitude before we even spoke . The place was completely empty except for one big table of people. Will never return!! He needs to find another job!

Arrived at the restaurant on time, and waited for a few minutes until the waitress said she could not seat us for about 15 minutes, she was the only one working. Looking around the restaurant I could see other patrons that were seated, were still waiting for the only waitress to take their orders. The bar was covered with dirty dishes as well as other tables. There was a young employee running around saying she was on the morning shift, as we still stood there waiting. Another Woman with blonde hair holding 2 bottles of wine peaked her head over to say that someone would be right with us, then she walked out the door. My daughter attends school in the area, we were there for parents' weekend and that is the restaurant she wanted to eat at. Needles to say I was horrified just standing there and didn't think our experience would get any better, so we left and will never go back. This is not the first time this particular waitress has been the only one working. I know it is hard to get people to work but when a Company. has horrible working conditions, who would want to work there?

Had the Baked Ravioli and Garlic Knots delivered the other night and for a long time ppl have said it wasn't good so I tried for myself and it was fantastic! My order came hot and the Ravioli was fresh, the Garlic knots were light and really overall this was a great experience...the delivery driver was super nice too!!

We've loved and gone to Bertucci's all over the country for many many years and have always loved their fare but I have to say whether it's the inflationary spending of the government or the policies of giving money to people so that they don't have to work whatever it is there's not enough people to run the stores properly and that reflects in the hour plus wait that we had even after placing a reservation weeks in advance. It was an important anniversary date with relatives from all over the country attending and if it wasn't that we would have walked out within the first 20 minutes of waiting It's an absolute shame and it needs to change otherwise we will not be going back

Unfortunately the caliber of pizza has really declined. I ordered a 3 topping large pizza and when I got it home I couldn't even see most of the toppings through the massive amount of cheese which was all clumped in the middle. I did not order extra cheese. Really inedible. $25.00+ wasted. Obviously a rushed order. Will have to go elsewhere which is unfortunate as this was a regular order for us. I did get an idea of wings which were expensive but good. Unfortunately they don't warrant repeat orders as the pizza is no longer worth the drive.

Went to dinner with the family, had excellent service. Jenn was wonderful and friendly. Great with the kids. She made our experience a good one. Food came out fast and delicious!

Great food and excellent service - I highly recommend this location. Staff are very friendly and food is delicious. I had chicken picatta and it doesn’t disappoint! Portion sizes are still good. I was able to bring home leftovers as a second meal. Server was knowledgeable, helpful and on top of our needs. We will be back!

Ordered take out for my family and it was ready when they said it would be. They showed us the pizzas to ensure they were right and the only issue was the Margherita pizza didn't have the basil. No problem, they gave us the basil on the side and that was even better because we could just put it on ourselves. All pizzas were delicious and loaded with cheese and toppings. My job also orders from this location a lot for luncheons and it's always hot and delicious!!!

Ordered a take out order at 4:45pm for pick up at 5:45pm. The food was no where’s near ready. No apologies. Fettuccine Alfredo was flavorless and the cheese was under the noodles. No dressing on the salad. Very sad that this will be our last visit, had decent food in the past. If you can’t handle online orders you have the patrons phone number, be courteous and call rather than make them wait ridiculous amounts of time.
