Food was amazing, first time there. The two people working the front were very friendly and helped us figure out what to get. The martinis and oysters were amazing (I go to oysterfest and these were very good). We made a bag of shrimp, snow crab, and clams and got the house sauce with it. Next time snow crab, mussels, and crawfish. We are in a food coma and very satisfied 🥰

I called ahead to place a takeout order and contacted the restaurant at 10:00 to let them know I was on my way, mentioning I might be a little late. A different young lady answered and assured me it was fine. However, five minutes before my arrival, I received a call from a rude staff member who said, with an attitude, "Why would you order food if you're not going to be here by 10?" before hanging up on me. This was incredibly unprofessional and disrespectful.

When I arrived, all the doors were locked, but I saw the same young lady who had been rude on the phone standing upfront, ignoring me as I knocked. Thankfully, a man in the parking lot who said he worked for the owner escorted me to the back, where I spoke with a staff member (possibly a cook or dishwasher). The rude young lady then informed me they had thrown my order away because it was “past the time.” This was extremely frustrating, considering I had called ahead and was reassured it would be fine to arrive slightly late.

I was furious—not only because I had been treated so poorly over the phone, but also because I had made the trip to the restaurant intending to give them my business, only to find my nearly $100 order discarded. It was evident there were still staff in the restaurant cleaning up, so there was no excuse for this. All that was needed was a polite phone call letting me know the order couldn't be picked up anymore, and I would have gone home. Instead, I was met with unprofessionalism and a complete lack of respect.

To make matters worse, the audacity to respond to another customer’s review accusing them of intruding, when I was clearly escorted by an employee is ridiculous. The rude young lady upfront, does not belong in the service industry. This experience reflects poorly on the business as a whole.

This situation could have been handled with basic courtesy and clear communication, but instead, I was met with unnecessary hostility and a waste of time. I strongly recommend reevaluating the way your establishment operates and how your staff treats customers.

Do not ever order from this place EVER!!! Horrible service and rude staff. The girl upfront on Monday 12/30 refused us our takeout order and was very rude about it when we arrived. She THREW IT IN THE TRASH after I called and said I’d be 5 minutes late. She’s rude and disrespectful and I will never be ordering from this establishment again.

Wings are really good, juicy and crispy. Cajun flavor had a good kick to it. The shrimp boil Cajun flavor so good, sucks that you have to pay additional for corn/potatoes

I had them one time before these next two experiences, and was pleased. However I went a second time with family n the seafood isn’t fresh. The $19 lobster tail was sticking to the shell. The products was frozen, thawed and froze again to get that way. I sent it back n got another the same way, so I just omitted it completely. Last visit was takeout n had the shrimps doing the same thing and it’s harder to peel due to the softer shell. I will not be returning to this place again. I wanted to like it so much

Terrible customer service. The servers started a fight with my father on FATHER’s day because my 5 year old dropped his water. They demanded that we pay them extra for them to clean the water.
