BFC: Boston Fried Chicken And Burritos

I ordered 50 pieces of chicken for my event yesterday. Upon picking i was at the counter waiting to be acknowledged by the young lady, while waiting a gentleman enters with a box of open chicken in his hand. She cashier acknowledges him but not me. She proceeded to assist him. He said I wanted wings but you gave me drum sticks. She ok, they both are breathing over and pointing at the boxed chicken. The chic was like did you touch the chicken, he says no. She said are you sure?? He says yes I’m sure, I’m watching with a disgusted face as she take the chicken and puts it back on the warmer with all the other chicken!!!!!!! I couldn’t contain myself I blurted out immediately you’re supposed to throw the chicken away ma’am, that’s nasty. The fact you have to ask if he touched means you don’t know if he touched it. Ewwwww. She looks at me and says well he said he didn’t touch it, why waste food! Unbelievable, now to my special order. The guy in the back calls the cast to the window by ringing the bell asked her if she removed 2 pieces of chicken from my bin, she says no… I see the guy go into the Warmer to grab two pieces of thighs and put it in my bin. Like what’s going on here. This was my first time ordering here and 100% my last time. Can’t trust the chicken . This was an eye opening experience.

I saw roaches crawling on the premises. Ordered food and it looked like someone took a bite out of the chicken. Not interested. Hope place improves in the future

No one bothered to clean. Trash overflowed. Tables were nasty. Cashier acted like you bothered her if you had a question.

I have ordered 30+ times from here for myself, friends and family through UberEats but yet have to go in person! Today I got hot wings with spicy rice, black beans and a beef patty with cheese. For dessert I got a cut of their Tres Le Ches cake, it's delicious! Everything tasted good but the only downside is I wish the chicken had less salt. Great bowl place!
I got the chicken and steak over rice and onion rings there. The service was fast and good. Mixed bowl was great and they weren’t shy on meats. They are halal btw which is a plus! Really liked the taste. They are different than Shah/Naz’s/Halal Guys bowl. Meats are smaller and juicier. The spicy rice is more flavorful than rice other spots. 8.5/10.
Onion rings were okay not special. More breading than actual onions in my opinion. 6/10.
I paid $16 for bowl and $4 for rings. Total was 23 which wasn’t bad. They actually gave a lot of salads on the side which is a plus.
They have limited parking spots but that should be sufficient. Customer service was great. The place is busy and popular.
