I now know what disappointment tastes like. At the height of Boston Market cuisine in the late 90’s, I would frequently eat there. But since its decline, and I don’t have any locations in Las Vegas, I haven’t been to a Boston Market in quite some time. So when I found one near me in (ironically) Massachusetts, I was excited. Oh, how the mighty have fallen. The chicken was overcooked & yet somehow still cold. The Mac and cheese was soupy, and matching with the chicken, cold. The taters were good however. It’s no wonder Boston Market has faded over the years with the way this tasted. It makes me sad and I now long for a Kenny Rogers Roasters…. RIP Boston Market. It was a decent run.

Does not look clean inside. Poorly lit. I checked my food out when I got home, mac and cheese was visibly gritty. Chicken smelled off. Mashed potatoes were half liquid. Did not want to risk getting sick. Wasted my money.

First the restaurant had an odd oder upon walking in. My son insisted we eat there. The workers were very pleasant the whole visit after getting out food we started to eat. The mashed potatoes were very loose and not tasty the chicken on both our plates was dried out had a funny smell and unable to further consume, the corn bread was cold and had burn marks all over them. My son complained he couldn't eat the food because the chicken was dried out hard to chew and did not taste well. I attempted to eat mine only to notice the food was cold In general. My chicken as well was cold dried out hard on some spots and had a funny smell. Needles to say I didn't make an scene, I closed everything up and left. 5 minutes driving home I had to pull over because my son vomited up the portion of the food he did consume. Later that night I had stomach cramping and diahrria. I would like BOH to check that place out I've NEVER experienced this at any Boston market restaurant. I'm not sure what happened to that particular location but I'll NEVER eat Boston Market again. I'm utterly disappointed and disgusted

I'd give 0 stars if possible. Little sister got food poisoning from from how spoiled and rancid the food was. Like literally it was all sour and funky. I tried calling the store directly for a refund for our order but phone line is disconnected. Over 100 dollars wasted and thrown away. Not worth giving to the dog either. Absolutely disgusting.

I use to love Boston Market and everything was always good. So I order lunch through doordash with a couple of other girls from the office. One of them got the country fried chicken that came with two chicken patties that looked like bad school lunch. The "gravy" that came with it was chicken broth. My sweet casserole was soup with not a good taste. The mac & cheese was not the same and was done with ziti and the mash was salty. Oh and lets not forget the dry a** chicken. The other girl got a bowl and all looked like soup. We will never order from here again I can't even believe that this place use to be so good.

The crispy country chicken meal is an absolute JOKE. They really sent me one of the kids school lunches. I will show what they advertised vs what I got. They really sent me Tyson chicken sandwich patties. I was in so much disbelief that I just started laughing because there’s just no way this place exist this way. Been eating here for years and it’s NEVER been this bad like I’m baffled lol Anyways, wouldn’t recommend. Corn was fine, mash was salty. OH THE GRAVY idk why they sent me what looks like soup but that is not white grave, not even close. White gravy isn’t even hard to make, it’s literally butter, flour, milk, pepper. That’s literally it. Will never in my life eat from here again.

Well is not their fault there wasn't any food, but how what I didn't understand was how on earth was the chicken drier than the Mojave in August!!

What a sad visit I had at this location today. I arrived at 6:15pm which I believe is still dinner. There was four of us. The older gentleman working the counter says if all four of you are eating I only have 1 and 3/4 chickens. So that means one of you will only get a quarter. So I say ooook. We start to pick out our sides. No mashed potatoes. No Mac and cheese. So I’m thinking they’re coming from the back. Nope. He’s like no more potatoes no Mac and cheese. He seemed genuinely upset that we were there, and that we were inconveniencing him. So the four of us left and gave our money to chick fil a down the road. Terrible experience

The worst place you can eat in Brockton!!!!!!!!
Walked in and turned right around. The smell alone was enough to turn me off never mind the look of the food I'd rather eat bad Chinese.
Stopped by and a big sign on the door stating " cash only" If this location is the norm for this company it's no wonder BM is going down the drain. They seem to have given up. I left and will no longer do business with them. Its a shame but BM is a rudderless ship
