A friend and I came in for lunch, and ordered from that menu. They bought a burger, and I got the chicken sandwich. Only 2 other customers were there. Service was a bit slow, and we had to ask for ketchup and utensils when food came out. Also unfortunately the chicken sandwich was pretty gross. Scalding hot, (I burnt my mouth pretty bad) rubbery and the flavor was off... I think they microwaved it. Overall, I know I'm not looking for top notch service from a BWW. Just the basics. This visit did not deliver.
poor customer service. they will have you waiting at the front for 20+ minutes for your order. zero to no workers to hand out orders at the front. messed up my order. i ordered teriyaki wings in a combo, and they gave me parmesan garlic wings. when i first opened them i thought the wings were under cooked since they looked nothing like teriyaki wings. save your time, money, and energy. definitely don’t come here, and travel the extra 20 minutes for a better buffalo wild wings
Place was empty at dinner time, first bad sign.No one greeting people as they came in a took some time to get seated. Ordered drink and food at the same time so we could hopefully get back on the road. No luck. Waited for an hour to get boneless wings and a grilled chicken sandwich. Food comes, no napkins, no fork or knife for salad and tenders. Asked for ketchup and ranch dressing had to eventually get up and go to the wait station to get the fork. Took napkins off another table, because that that wasn’t coming soon. Ranch dressing arrives after my son eats all his tenders. This was a complete failure as a restaurant to serve guests. I blame a complete lack of training on management as the waitress was nice but not following any preset guidelines. I will never step foot in there again ever. It would have been quicker and less painful to buy the ingredients at Shaw’s and make it myself at home.
Most the time this place empty, just like right now today. Why were there just 3-4 workers literally standing around & talking? An I had to wait for them to stop chilling/talking for them to finally ask am I all set. Seriously learn to hire adults & pay them accordingly so your not loosing business because you hired teenagers who don't have a good work ethic.
Met Kendra Today She is Very~ Friendly & Respectful
I am writing this review on behalf of my father - he got burnt tortilla chips, as pictured that tasted like oil and burnt. Do not recommend the food.
The waitress was great, seems like the quality of wings is getting worse every time I visit. My husband got the brisket sandwich and it was gross, we usually like the gristle on the beef however this sandwich was 95 percent fatty meat and 100 percent salty.
The food is ❤️ Delicious here! I order Uber eats from here a few times and finally went to eat at this location and had a very nice time on the patio ?
Greeter/Host could be little bit nicer. Our waitress was absolutely amazing and food was great. Reason for the 4 star hostess is 1st person be we speak too.
Justin the bartender was absolutely great!! The burgers and fries were very good.

bad food that haunted us later. 0 out five stars
So the place was empty and I ordered a burger Mike got wings..waitress came out to say they had no Burgers!!! No burgers really...how does that happen..but I don't really eat wings but I got boneless wings and they sucked!!! Sorry but no other way to describe it..they were like bricks I could not even cut them let alone bite them...so their was my first trip at Buffalo Wild Wings and my last...
First off i walked in and there was no one but a bunch of men watching sports. And we got seated and there was one waiter waiting on 2 other tables at the same time. And then i was eating the food (which made me sick BTW, like couldn’t do to school sick) and there was a bread tie I'm my wrap that scratched up the inside if my mouth.
I haven't been to a BWW in MA since the beginning of the pandemic if not a little more before that. I had really been wanting to go, so me and my friend went the other day. My friend ordered a white claw when we first got there and it was incredibly warm and completely flat. Our food and appetizer came out all at the same time, which I don't necessarily like but I know some people don't care either way so that was whatever. Our waitress was very nice and friendly but didn't bring me my sauce for about 15 minutes after asking for it three times from her and the server that dropped our food off. By the time my sauce came my chicken was already cold. I also ordered a side of fries when we ordered everything else and they came out about 25 minutes after the rest of our food. They did take the fries off the bill without me having to ask so that was a plus. All in all very disappointed with this experience and will not be returning.
We went here for lunch late on a Friday afternoon. It was a little strange at first because the place was pretty empty and we were told because it was short staffed, they might not be able to serve us. A very nice lady working there said she could handle us, and she did a great job, very friendly and efficient. I hadn't been to a BWW since before the pandemic started and was very glad to be back. We had the honey-BBQ boneless wings, dang those were delicious! The fried pickles we got were good too. Overall, I was very pleased by the food. Like most BWWs it has a lot of TVs.
