Started a meatless journey. Found cabo vegan on dash, ordered the lobster less roll and the Cuban panini...both excellent. The Cuban had me where it was so good and the best dupe that I had to call Cabo to be sure it was really vegan. It is!! Will definitely be ordering again

We were visiting Massachusetts from New York a little over a week ago and we found this hidden gem in Brockton. The natural vibe, the positive energy and the health supplies grab your attention as soon as you walk in. The food was AMAZING. The owners were very welcoming and friendly. We chatted close to 2 hours with them. We ordered the Philly cheesesteak, Garlic Parmesean fries and the Twin BBQ Chik'n sliders. They were so delicious and the flavor was outstanding. Highly recommend this place, you won't be dissapointed.

This is a family run business with absolutely brilliant food which has clearly been cooked with love. The buffalo chicken sandwich was my favourite. The owners of the place are also delightful people. If you’re driving around the area, this place is worth a substantial detour just to stop off and grab a bite to eat.

I cant say enough good things about this place, if you are a former meat eater or even a regular meat eater, I promise you the food tastes exactly like I remember me tasting and meat food options! Wow this is probably as close as I've ever found to tasting like meat things like Cuban sandwiches, and chicken wings, I can now enjoy again and it's cruelty free, thank you so much Cabo vegan I live in Boston but I will be making the trip out here to enjoy your incredible food!!! I had the pleasure of dining at Carbo Vegan, and I can confidently say it’s a must-visit for anyone craving flavorful, plant-based food with Cape Verdean flair.
I started with the Croquettes Carbo Verde and rissois for appetizers—both were perfectly crispy on the outside and packed with savory, well-seasoned fillings that truly showcased the heart of Cape Verdean cuisine in vegan form.
I ordered the falafel burger with Parmesan truffle fries, and it did not disappoint. The burger was hearty, fresh, and full of bold spices, while the fries were addictively crisp and rich with that truffle-Parmesan flavor—absolutely indulgent.
To top it off, I had the Batuco shake, which was smooth, creamy, and a great balance of sweet and satisfying. It felt like the perfect ending to an already incredible meal.

Came for lunch with my mom and we loved it. We got the croquettes, rissois, parmasean fries, falafel burger, and batuco shake. Everything was delicious, but my favorite was definitely the croquettes, and the shake was excellent as well. Owners and staff were very friendly. Will definitely be back if passing by the area 😊

Cabo Vegan is hands down one of the most amazing restaurants I’ve ever been to, period. Everything about this place radiates excellence, intention, and love. From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with warm, welcoming energy that feels more like family than a restaurant. The atmosphere is beautiful, clean, and full of vibrant life, and the staff are so genuine and kindhearted.
Now let’s talk about the food: fresh, natural, bursting with flavor, and clearly made with care and purpose. You can literally feel the difference in your body after eating here. This isn’t just food, it’s holistic healing on a plate. Everything is healthy, nutritious, and energizing, without sacrificing taste or satisfaction. The portion sizes are generous, the prices are affordable, and the quality is unmatched.
I’m going down the entire menu because I just have to try everything! So far, the Falafel Burger is my absolute favorite, crispy, flavorful, and perfectly seasoned. The best burger I’ve ever had! The fries and onion rings? Unreal. Crispy, golden, and coooked to perfection. And anything with sea moss there is a must, especially the porridge, which is pure nourishment in a bowl.
I truly cannot say enough good things about Cabo Vegan. Whether you’re vegan or not, if you care about quality food that heals and satisfies, this is the place for you. Thank you, Cabo Vegan, for creating such a beautiful space and experience. I love this place and everything about it!

Reading all the great reviews before we went we knew that it would not disappoint and it was DELICIOUS! We ordered sweet potato fries with sweet and sour sauce, wing dings spicy jerk , lobster rolls with chips, Vulcan sandwich with bacon , and fogo buffalo chicken sandwich with the falafel burger to go. EVERY SINGLE dish was amazing. We absolutely loved the wing dings - the seasoning *chefs kiss* i have never seen vegan wings like that and it should be the standard. Lobster rolls- made with artichoke hearts , wow. The taste is so good definitely a must try. Tome- owner- recommended the vulcan sandwich and it delivered. The taste of the everything bagel with all the filling was such a good combination. Valerie -chef and owner - *standing ovation*. Great family owned restaurant. From the minute you walk in very welcoming and kind from Tome, to Daniel at the register, saraya bringing the food out and Valerie cheffing it up, all good vibes and great conversation. This will not be the last time we drive 40 minutes to this awesome plant based restaurant. Sorry the photos are all half eaten we were too focused on eating 🙃
My wife and I stopped by in the hopes that she could enjoy a meal that would cater to her particular allium allergy. The entire staff went to work to create something from scratch that would put a smile on her face. They also sell great grocery items.
