Hostile to customers. Unprofessional, poor solving skills. Arguing with a customer in the presence of others. Use of profanities/swearing at a customer. Some racial undertone, especially from the chef, who also appeared to be in charge. Chef at this location(Westgate mall) appeared to lack proper problem-solving skill, poor anger diffusion and channeling skill. If this is how customers are treated, then there isn't much to desire about your service. Unfortunately!

I waiting for this place to open as the site says 11am. It was 11:15 when I walks up to the restaurant as the gate was open, to be told they’re not open yet. Hire ppl that want to work and be on time.

This is one of the best cheese steak subs i have ever had in a long time. The meat was not over or under cooked and the roll was toasted. The onions were cooked right and the fries were hot and crispy. Absolutely phenomenal and very tasty, the customer service was fantastic and the guys are really nice.

We stopped at this place to get my son some French fries at 6 pm, as we were waiting my daughter noticed two mice come in and out of the wall. She notified me about it and as I went to go look I found a mice running across the floor.That’s disgusting! We canceled our order and got our money back. Never going there again!

Charlie's is, by my tastes, the best of the genre of restaurants that are like, pseudo fast food and you only find it at malls or rest stops. Nothing special or anything, just consistently good food and some quality fries

The food is always made after you order it so you’re never eating food that has been sitting under a heat lamp. I never have any issues with the food or staff. They’re very friendly as well. Great Job Guys.

Three days ago I ordered a steak and cheese with lettuce and bacon on it. I’m quite sad because it tastes absolutely amazing. But I have food poising now and that was all I ate that day.
