First time trying this place tonight and I must say that atmosphere was okay but the music was so loud you could barely hear the person you're giving your order to then my fiance needed to use the bathroom and one of the workers was in there for like 40 minutes needless to say we took our food to go we ate it the fries were cold and hard the bacon was so greasy the role was hard the lettuce was brown I definitely won't be back to this place almost $40 for two meals are you kidding me the meals were disgusting never again

The place is FILTHY DIRTY, Dirty Bucket sitting on top of the counter behind the counter with a dirty rag hanging out of it. food spillage dripping from the counter. The grill area wasn’t clean, I was so hungry, I blessed my food and asked God to pray for the hands the prepared the food and pleasr let the food be nourishing to my stomach! The young men that served were very nice and polite, I told them that they have to do better with the appearance of the entire place it appears that a clean up crew is needed. The glass on the front door was so dirty you could not see inside. They do a lot of business , appearance is 1st impression

The first sub that I got bread broke into Pieces everything fell out. The gentleman was nice enough to make me a new sub and worse on the first one

The worst is the food all bead no meat and steak brown and dry. Lemonade tasted awful, could not be natural as advertised. French fries pretty good. My boyfriend is so easy about food...he felt sick after he ate it. I asked for a refund on my sub. After about 5 minutes she called me to refund the sandwich. Don't waste your money or appetite. Don't even talk about the cook which I'm sure has everything to do with that mess.

I have been a long term fan even tho this location (the nearest) is 30 min away and today was a prime example of why I will make that drive everyday. The bacon shipment was just not good this week, no fault of anyone and the workers went above and beyond to cook it more for me.
I just ordered a number 2. Within 5 mins, Cashier person called and said order ready. I go take my order, had to ask for the cup later looked in bag fries was not in there. Lazy customer service, no real logo food packaging, everything comes in plastic.

This place is a ripoff. Ordered 4 small sub and what I got was 4 sub with a sprinkle of 3-4 piece of shredded chicken on each sub. Whoever made the sub must be related to the owner or something because what I got wasn’t even worth $10. You think spending $26+ can feed 4 kids but it barely even hit the spot for them.
