The staff here were so incredibly polite and helpful! Three people greeted me when I walked through the door, two invited me to give my order, then gave appropriate space while I took time to decide. My order was taken in a friendly way with a smile and then repeated back to me to ensure correctness. She thanked me by name after I paid and invited me to a place to await my order. When it was brought to me by another staff member, she told me she checked it twice for correctness and then ran to open the door for me to help me out!
It’s clear they have a robust training program and it’s so refreshing to experience this level of service. I’d happily return here for the food and just to take a break from this world of ours

The staff were funny and helpful and made us laugh while ordering. The dining area was clean and the tables were decorated with real flowers! The man cleaning the main dining area was kind and very dutiful. The food was good as well. Overall a great Chick Fil A experience!

Sharing this in the hopes it reaches management. As many know, today was a super hot day outside. While leaving I saw one of your employees go out to the curb where an elderly woman was panhandling, and watched him hand her a cold drink, place a few dollars in her cup, and shook her hand. After a long hard day at work and fighting traffic, a small gesture like that really brightened my day. I haven’t even eaten my food yet.

I came to this Chick-fil-A for breakfast and was really disappointed. We ordered two biscuit meals, and both were barely warm with unmelted cheese. The restaurant wasn’t busy at all, so there was no reason for the food to be served like that. The staff didn’t seem like the usual friendly Chick-fil-A team—they barely spoke to us and didn’t even say “my pleasure” when we thanked them. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t recommend this location based on our experience.
