I ordered to go. The sandwich was almost too salty to eat. Otherwise I think it would have been pretty good. The fries were the opposite and bland. The staff was very friendly....Because of that I would try it again.

I honestly think they should bring the crew back from Dedham the food Consistency taste much better when they was helping out in this location, I would have went to Dedham this morning but the traffic was hectic, Paying close to $30 breakfast for two to eat scrambled eggs and grilled chicken not asking for much, I’m not a picking eater for what it’s worth the food is disquieting here in Brockton? shoutouts Dedham crew for delicious food?

Outstanding quick lunch here at Chick-fil-A Brockton. Nuggets and fries were piping hot, delicious, and served very quickly! Pleasant atmosphere in the dining room…even have flowers on the tables!
$80 on meals and all 6 chicken sandwiches were undercooked. I knew as soon as I bit into one and felt the rubber-like texture. I spent $40 on Uber rides to get and bring these sandwiches home for my children, because they don’t deliver to Bridgewater and my car is being repaired. Upon calling and asking for a refund they were the least bit accommodating. The manager I spoke with insisted that I bring them back in so that he could take a look, as he doubted that they could be undercooked. I was not spending another $40 on Uber. What was more upsetting was the manager accusing me of lying. Avoid this Chick-fil-A location.

Very slow service ordered before most the people who came 5+ minutes after us and they got their food before us only giving 2 star 1 for the food and 1 for the worker who gave us our food
My cashier Xin Bin who I thought was a kind gentlemen when I first walked in, but he gave me a weird look because I was Chinese and giggled at me and I wasn't happy about it, and overrall he was very impatient with me and not customer-service like to me at all. I will never be coming back to this location as long as he is there.
