This place is terrible. Chipotle was sued for not taking a gluten allergy seriously and this location did the same thing. I went in and had to tell the person 6 times that I have a gluten allergy can you please change your gloves. They finally did it but acted like they didn't understand me. After getting to the toppings which they usually get out of the back because of my allergy, they started putting it on from the ones used for stuff containing gluten. And I said No, stop can you please get it from the back. Again stood their acting like she didn't understand me. The cashier/manager comes over and says what is the issue? And I said i have a gluten allergy I wanted to see if I could have the cheese and lettuce out of the container to avoid cross contamination. This manager points to both and looks back at me I nod my head yes. At this point the line is getting pretty long. The manager points again to the cheese and lettuce and says this one is fine. Then looks back at the line so I just took the food they gave me paid for it and threw it in the trash. Unacceptable service

I've eaten here many times, but this has been the 3rd time in a roll that they've told me it would take 15 minutes for the brisket. Such a disappointment that they cant keep up with this.

Manager rude. On his phone and store is packed. Smallest burrito I’ve ever seen. Nice flip phone nerd.

A lot of people complain about Chipotles portions but every time I’ve been here I get a bowl FILLED to the top even when I mobile order.

I am absolutely in shock, of the apprentice on hand not being able to get me a refund of the food that I did not receive. I was charged twice on my credit card by a cashier. Cashier error it happen that is fine. But just for them not even willing to assist me at all even with a bank statement. Without a receipt you get nothing back. Not even willing to look into my bank statement that I was first charge $27 and then $37. The cashier stated my first payment never went through. So of course I went along I am going to trust her. It is bad enough I had to wait for so long for my order, that I am now getting scammed out of my money as well. Nobody willing to help me. Double check the cashiers and make you are paying for what you are getting for.

I will not give this location a one star because one thing was not good. Last time i had food from this location the rice was not cook all the way. I understand it has to be cook at a certain level, but having to eat a meal where the rice is crushing under your teeth is not a good feeling either. I’m sorry but please everything else is good but the rice is never cook all the way. I am not asking for sticky rice but at the same time i am not asking for crushy rice. I had to literally took the toppings and throw the rice away and eat the rest. Its not the first time in this location where i find the rice is not cook . Besides everything else is good

Bad service, they touch the food without wearing gloves and they never have the Uber Eat orders ready

If I could give this location less than one star I would. This is hands down the worst Chipotle I’ve ever been too. Do not go here to eat, unless you want to wait in a huge line, get horrible and rude customer service, and have items run out (like chicken), even though they have chicken, they just “don’t have anyone to cut it”.

Manger the night of 9/28 ( around 8 pm) was so rude and was laughing and making fun of me b/c said I’m on a special diet. She laughed and made it into a joke. The team members were trying to work with me and i appreciated their patience. It’s sad that the team members were willing to make accommodations to help me but the manger was rude and disrespectful!
