Crew member with glasses that is on line is very rude. I have been here multiple times and it’s the same attitude every time

The lady on the line gave me the smallest portions ever. I know chipotle workers aren’t supposed to give out huge portions, I am well aware, but it got to the point where the spoon barely had food. As in, I could see the actual spoon, and a few grains of rice. I am not one to get mad or anything, but it was genuinely ridiculous. I thought she was playing a prank on me. I’d ask for more and she wouldn’t give me more. The diameter of the burrito was so small that I hold it and wrap my fingers around it and it fit fairly well. I have small hands.

GO TO SANTA FE INSTEAD !!! This is the worse chipotle. They are so cheap give the smallest burritos. Literally every time i order have chicken and half beef the manager says something in another langue and they charge me for extra meat and think I wont notice when it suppose to be charged half and half. Maybe if their service was better and didnt try to over charge customer for the smallest portions then maybe this place will attract more customers and get people to recommend this place but i will tell people to stay away.

For the love of god can you get new trainers to teach these people how to close a bowl correctly? I just ordered a salad bowl and had it leak ALL over my passenger side seat.

Horrible management!! No food safety procedures were being followed. I’m servesafe certified so I KNOW! Lots of cross contamination, the line was filthy and had food all over it. I received the wrong food due to the worker not understanding English & I received bad customer service once addressed the issue so I was stuck with just something i COULDN'T ENJOY! NEVER COMING HERE AGAIN!!! AND I WILL BE letting others know NOT to go to this location because they WILL be HIGHLY disappointed!

Man service here is terrible. I got served by two young men while asking for a salad, and their attitude was terrible. One of them got upset and made a comment and shook their head to the other person working with them because I didn’t see the fajitas and when I asked for it and they had to go back. Sorry you’re inconvenienced to do your job. Whoever the manager for this restaurant is, know you’ve got two young men who don’t care about decent service. I’m not asking for smiles or anything out of the ordinary. Just keep your rude comments to yourself. This was right now at 2:42 PM Monday.

ordered a double chicken bowl on the app and didn’t even get the chicken in the bowl
had no customer support to get my refund

I ordered a salad bowl and got maybe less than a cup of the salad blend and the rest of the bowl was toppings. They hire high school students who could care less about quality and service. They will never get my money again, trust me. There are plenty of other places to grab food from and chipotle is not one of them.
