Today I came on this cold day to get a nice soft serve and the customer service was absolutely immaculate. Zarique (Sorry if I missed spelled his name) was all smiles and amazing customer service. He gave great service with a smile and honestly made my day brighter! Highly recommend and they should give him so much praise and a pay bump for how he interacts with customers!

Got a chocolate soft serve with chocolate Jimmy's it was delicious ?
My go-to is a malted. I've gotten these for years. The one I just chucked was 99% chocolate syrup and inedible. Don't these people get trained? I'm seriously afraid to go back.
