Ordered delivery late Friday night; about 945/10pm. Was supposed to take about an hour which I figured it would, no problem. Ended up taking over 2 and half hours. Was out of the oven and on quality check for over an hour. Called to cancel and got told it was out for delivery. It clearly wasn't as I live a mile and a half away and still took at least 30 mins to arrive after calling. Got the 2 min text and another notification the driver was in my neighborhood and pulling up. Waited outside my building for 15/20 mins after getting the 2 min warning text. Over 2 and a half hours waiting for 2 stone cold, poorly made pizzas and nasty, soggy tater tots. Complete waste of money. *after reading negative reviews, this has been an ongoing issue for at least 2 years*

I moved up the street a year ago and I don’t like dominoes from Boston but we tried this one and my food always fresh and it’s clean inside and they’re kind and very quick!!!!!!! Must order from this location only even if it’s 30min away worth the ride !
This specific location makes the best pizza. I haven't had a complaint to make. I enjoy it every time I make a purchase. Great customer service.

I got 2 large pizzas one cheese one Hawaiian and a sprite. It has almost took 1 hour for it to arrive at my location which is a 15 min drive. I called wondering why it has take so long and instead of a estimated time I got met with a “it will be there shortly”. I am very displeased and disappointed in my experience and should have done research before ordering from a 3 and a half star establishment. Hopefully anyone else doesn’t have to deal with this nonsense and lack of communication.
