Do yourself a favor and skip this place. The staff are rude and they will never get your order correct. I have tried it three times now and it sucks everytime. I understand this is a minimum wage job but take a little pride it what you do. The worst part if you tell them this is not the correct order they roll their eyes and keep telling you that's what you ordered. I have been a customer of dunkin donuts for 30 years and this place is the worst one by far. PLEASE SKIP IT AND GO TO ANY OTHER LOCATION YOU WILL THANK ME!

Went here around 5:50 pm lastnight, bought a Small coffee and paid with a 5, never got my change back, I didn’t care, but at least let me give the tip, smh

Waited 20 mins for a mobile order plus it took 10 mins to get there. Don't come here for a coffee if you're in a hurry. Has to be the slowest Dunkin in MA. And the guy making the food... must be trying to break the world record for the slowest person known to man!!

Service was slow and the dining room was dirty. We sat down had to ask for a rag to clean the table When we got up I literally stuck to the seat! Will not be returning. As a previous employee of the franchise this is really disappointing. Our store was always immaculate.

I went here to grab a bucket of 50 munchkins on Halloween at 2:15pm. The younger female cashier was miserable and had absolutely no customer service retail skills!!! Very moody and rude!! She acted like she could care less about anything!! Makes me never want to go to this Dunkin’s
again :(

I usually give grace, but not today. The drive-up young lady was nice and even though had not prepared the mobile pick up order, she did the drinks right. The person who was to prepare the food was too busy scrolling on her phone to pay attention to the order. Everything was done wrong. When I went inside to have it changed I ended up with another order wrong. It wasn’t that difficult and I could live without the attitude I was given. I didn’t even bother to have the order fixed for the 2nd time.

I asked if I could have my dunkalatte blended and received attitude for the request. When I got my drink, not only was it not blended, but about a third of the drink was foam?? I used to work at both a Starbucks and Dunkin, and I don’t think it’s too hard to understand what it means when a customer asks for something blended.
