If you ordered donuts in the drive through... remember to ask them at the window!! I order ahead online with them, and they forget EVERY TIME. Then I always leave disappointed. Also they will have literally 2 people in the drive through and forget that I have a pickup order every time, the intercom in the drive through also is so low you can barely hear them, but that's almost everywhere so I only give them a pass on that. There's better dunkies around. I give this place a C.

This Dunkin is the best in the city, IMO. Better seating/atmosphere than the others. All the coffee and food always comes out perfect; never had an order come out wrong, missing anything, or made sloppily. The baristas are super nice and friendly, too, and always professional. My son and I do a weekly mother/son brunch at Dunkin then go shopping, and this is our favorite one to go to.Vegetarian options: My son and I both really love the avocado toast, veggie egg white omelette bites, and the hash browns. Neither of us eat any meat, but we do eggs and dairy. The avo toast and hash browns are vegan friendly though. There's other vegetarian options, but those are our faves. Also wish they'd bring back that tomato pesto grilled cheese. Those were amazing.Kid-friendliness: I have a toddler who's always with me, and he loves the food and always has a nice time. There's also high chairs available.Wheelchair accessibility: Entrances and bathrooms are easily accessible. I don't have anyone with a wheelchair in my family, but I bring my son in his stroller, and I'm able to roll him right in. Ramps, wide enough doors, all that good stuff. No automatic doors though.

I ordered “ ICE CAPPUCCINO “ it’s mean I will know that they will shaken coffee to made a foam coffee for that . But after the foam gone . The large cup just be fill half of coffee . That’s why I begging them an Ice to filling up . But they told me that you have to take a long freaking line to buy the “ ICE for 30 CENTS “ I never seen any where dunkin location they charged to get more ICE . So Freaking dumb with that . I NEVER COME BACK TO THIS LOCATION AGAINST

A Haven for the homeless, this place is very convenient to me but you come in and it's hard to even sit because this homeless people sitting at the tables sometimes they're sleeping and nobody says the damn thing to them do I have to take my coffee to go instead of sitting here and reading my email and having my coffee

I had gone to the DD January 21 and got a hot coffee. Nvr had problems with the DD until I drank the coffee and at the bottom of the cup I found a piece of open bandaid. No one has got back to me regarding this issue and I contacted health depth. All this time not anyone even called or left me a msg! I will not go to any DD again and done with them for ever
