Every time I go and ask for a Hot Latte I get it in a hot cup but cold. Also horrible employees so young and careless no effort to say thank you. Today the two employees that were there looked high on weed and gave me horrible service.

Unfortunately, 2 times now I was given cold food. My egg bites were warm to touch and the inside was cold, and my hash browns same warm but when I bit into them it was cold. When you spend your money you expect better service and fully cooked food!!!

I came there today3/21/24 around 4:30p-4:50. I ordered two breakfast empanadas. As I’m coming back into the store I said these are cold. The gentleman didn’t seemed liked he cared at all. So the young lady that he was working with apologized for him. She remade my order and made sure they were fully cooked this time around.

The lady at the drive thru was very rude and combative also refused to take my order and told me verbatim "you can go to another dunkin" very unpleasant do not recommend this one on 66 Montello thus unprofessionalism happens too often

I orginally called the store to see if they had any opening positions they were looking to hire, how the manager responded was so arrogant and careless and seem like she did not want to be there. Just by the tone of her voice it was like she’s just there to clock in and collect her check and clock out. Honestly I’m glad I’ve had that experience because that sets the tone for myself. I’m a very outgoing friendly person as well as over achieving and that it not the type of manager that would be a fit for me. I also asked if she knew anywhere else that’s looking for openers (within her branch) and she would not / failed to tell and or point me in the direction to do so or figure it out. This manager gets -0 stars from me.

Rudest drive through operator I’ve ever had to deal with. Would give one star but 2 stars because a different lady was at the window and was very kind, she also gave me a large coffee instead of a medium to save face which I did appreciate but still wish I didn’t go through
