I just wanted to say thank you to the person who ran my order to me on the train. I had left before getting my coffee and food because I was afraid to miss my train. You went above and beyond your job description, and I know there’s not many people that would have done that. I had accepted the loss of money but I never expected for someone to run and make sure I got my order. I wish I had gotten your name, but thank you again.

I randomly walk in..my presence gets noticed and the staff is usually busy and multitasking..then make time to come pleasantly take my order. I give a lot of credit to how impressive the team takes all that pressure..I hope you take care of your employees

No restroom for customers, they should reconsider their policy it’s a coffee shop, some people may need it after drinking coffee. Even just to wash their hands first.

In the morning we're you relying on Dunkin for everyday breakfast they have in stock. But that's not the case here next to the train station. Zero hash browns. This place needs to do better work and I won't be coming back.
I needed some breakfast ? so I stopped by the Dunkin Donuts on Montello St in Brockton.

Every time I go and ask for a Hot Latte I get it in a hot cup but cold. Also horrible employees so young and careless no effort to say thank you. Today the two employees that were there looked high on weed and gave me horrible service.

Unfortunately, 2 times now I was given cold food. My egg bites were warm to touch and the inside was cold, and my hash browns same warm but when I bit into them it was cold. When you spend your money you expect better service and fully cooked food!!!
