I won't be returning to this location ever again. I'm not going to get into much detail about what happened just want to point out that anyone working in the customer service industry must realize they are customers themselves at one point or another.. I'm pretty sure they wouldn't want anyone to treat them poorly...or serve them terrible burnt food...the people who work at this shop/store..should consider that each time they walk through that door to work...and service their customers

I like this place and I come here all the time but I don’t understand why they have a phone number, yet they never answer the phone. That’s so annoying. Because there are times where my daughter would make mistakes on her mobile order but then it’ll be too late to fix it, so she would try to call them and they never do. EACH FREAKING TIME! So please, either start answering your stupid phone or remove the number online

The worst coffee I've ever bought. The cashier is horrible. The woman who works in the kitchen is terrible. I waited 35 minutes and the bagel and egg were still cold. But it's really no good on February 28 .

I've lived in Massachusetts my entire life. Since I started drinking coffee, it began with Dunlins and still is, today my go to coffee. My main locale is the one on Southern Artery in Quincy. That's where I'm from so that's where I go. All that aside, I have to let you all know about my experience at Brocktons Dunkins. Not all of their stores are horrible, but all are under par. The one on N. Main Street, for example, is the worst one I've ever been to and I've been to some Bad locales in many different countries around the world, during my service in the Marine Corps. That store, I can't put into words how disgusting it was. The coffee tasted like mold, the staff was extremely rude, almost as if going out of their way just to be so. They obviously do not clean their machines, when you can taste how nasty it is, you know it's from not cleaning. On top of that, the water they use is not filtered. It's plain tap water that is extremely hard and smells/tastes like a septic tank... I am Not exaggerating any of these statements. They are all true. That Dunkins is by far the worst one I've ever been to. When the staff doesn't give a crap about themselves, it shows in their job performance. Crappy managers hire even worse employees and the flow of it continues to trickle down into your mouth. ZERO STARS.
