This morning I ordered a medium dunkin midnight that was not made correctly, so I went back throught the drive thru to notify the cashier that I was given a regular coffee not the dunkin midnight that I ordered. She was annoyed. I tried to explain to her how I wanted coffee prepared and she expressed "I know how you wanted it, you were here 5 minutes ago". Well that coffee was not made correctly. No cream or Almomd milk!. So check your coffee ☕️ before you leave the parking lot. Just poor attention to detail.

The words can’t explain how tight I am I ordered a croissant with sausage and cheese. And these ppl gave me the sandwich with just sausage and slapped the cheese on the side. Like this⬇️

In order for the coffee to remain consistent and good quality, the machines must be calibrated. Not only does this location have consistent great coffee, it feels like they prepare orders with love which is known for enhancing the quality of a meal. The hash-browns are never over or under cooked. Today, they were thicker and tastier. The servers are also friendly and fast at any time which is impressive given the heavy workload their endure. Specifically during certain timeframes. The physical space has always been clean when I’ve had to go inside which contributes to a good experience knowing that they take cleanliness serious. Overall, I love this location the best.

The manager, Sariya, is extremely rude and has 0 people skills. I heard her speak so condescending to 2 other customers while there. I can't believe that anyone, nevermind a manager would speak so ignorantly to her customers. I know I'm all set with stepping foot in there again.

Stopped by to get a coffee I had to use the bathroom really bad so I went and used the bathroom and I had to leave without my socks needless to say there wasn't any toilet paper they don't have paper towels in the bathrooms because they have a hand dryer I called the store itself so I can have somebody bring some toilet paper but there was no answer I guess it's due to the fact that the phone is in the office and there's no manager so the employees have no access to the phone so when all else fails you got to use your socks so Dunkin at 784 Belmont you owe me a lifetime supply of socks

Food quality is good overall. Service quality could be improved as some minor mistakes or other types of inconvenience could easily be corrected with training drills, increasing customer satisfaction and decreasing their wait while shopping.
