Woods cannot explain how much I hit this Dunkin' donut location. Every time I go there, I order a simple drink chai. Latte with almond milk today. I ordered my drink from uba eats. They basically handed her a cup filled with hot milk, no chi.Syrup added anything at all, just hot milk

As I went through the drive through I was met with silence for at least 5 minutes. I finally said something a female voice said, hold on a second, then a male voice took my order. After that I waited another 5 minutes for my food to come out because apparently they had to fix the car in front of me's food only to receive raw bacon on my food. It was not cooked completely. It was still raw. I went inside to be greeted w/a look. As my food is being fix I'm informed they are out of bacon so I get ripped off the extra money.

Went to Saturday around 1pm for coffee and munchkins ,waiting in thr drive through for 15 minutes and then decided to go in, it was worse, employees kept dropping stuff on the floor, yelling at each other ,10 minutes later I got the wrong coffee and YES you guessed it the wrong munchkins đ the kids were NOT happy

Walk in to insure my order was taken correct. Clarify 2x that my coffee needed the actual sugar melted and not liquid sugar. Watch her put liquid sugar into my coffee.
Lady basically threw my drink out of the window at me because it wasnât ready when I got there and they felt the need to rush to make it. I didnât ask them to rush. I also never want my latte to have so much milk that itâs white. I wish she did throw it at me so I didnât have to drink a cup of milk.

The ladies here are constantly miserable and never get any orders right. Not even a âyouâre welcomeâ when you say thanks and are polite. Not even eye contact either. All they need to do is throw your card back at your face to seal the deal and it seems like they are seconds away from doing that anyway. Fire the whole team including the horrible manager who has a bad attitude aswell and restart with the location. A hot mess.

Third again almost didn't give us our coffee and the 2 boxes of munchkins had coffee all over the bottom that dropped in the car and over us. Needless to say finding another local Dunkin' Donuts to go to
