I got a black iced coffee and it tasted burnt. I got food that was molding on the inside. I tried to explain that to one of the ladies in the afternoon and she just rolled her eyes and walked into the back. I got frozen hash-browns multiple times. Outrageous. The old staff from almost a year back was a million times better than this new staff. Never coming here again.

I walked into this location after a long hot morning to the happiest face and a service that would be compared to limousine service. I was taken back by the team as they all worked as a unit and in sync. This place was clean and the food was exactly what I expected from dunks. If brockton can run on dunkin' they this city is winning. Special thanks to J she even referred a coffee for me.
The PM Shift ladies have real crappy attitudes especially the African American lady, she is ALWAYS Rude, she snaps at you as if my order was disturbing her, like how dare you ask her to DO HER JOB WHILE AT WORK... This location is the only one opened late near me; and it would be nice to get my order right while HOLDING the unnecessary & unwanted attitudes daily!

No one answers the phone to complain... very rude when taking orders esp if order was wrong they instantly give attitude cause they cant make a coffee correctly as if that's my problem. if you don't want to work in customer service DONT WORK AT DUNKIN that simple. Do better!

Visited this location asked for a muffin heated w butter for my 10 yo and the lady said she wasn’t going to heat it rudely. Went to this location this morning asked for an everything bagel not toasted w cream cheese on the side and instead got a plain bagel toasted… I know good help is hard to find but this is stupidity!
