Visited this location asked for a muffin heated w butter for my 10 yo and the lady said she wasn’t going to heat it rudely. Went to this location this morning asked for an everything bagel not toasted w cream cheese on the side and instead got a plain bagel toasted… I know good help is hard to find but this is stupidity!

They only had blueberry munchkins, one unlabeled muffin, and coconut, vanilla frosted, and chocolate sticks left at 3 pm. No one greeted us or acknowledged us so we left and went to a different location.

Horrible. I work right next to this location and they NEVER fail to disappoint me! The morning staff messes up orders, serves food cold, over charges, and treats you with a nasty attitude. I will be contacting corporate because service like this is just COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE! I have been going to Dunks all of my life and this specific location has changed my mind. Strongly do not recommend coming here.

I had the worst experience that I've ever encountered at any Dunkin' location that I have EVER been to.

I came to this location after already getting 3 watered down coffees at a previous location on Rte 123 and only realizing it just before I came along this location so naturally I think it's another Dunkin' and they will make everything right.

I came in and explained my situation and without hesitation the new employee behind the counter dumped my bad coffees and I figured they were being remade. Boy was I wrong!

The manager Taylor behind the counter starts to discipline the employee who made the mistake of dumping the coffees out directly in front of other customers and then starts telling me to bring the coffees back to be remade at the Rte 123 location and literally takes my 3 empty cups and lids and puts them together and places the now dirty/empty cups into a drink carrier and refuses to do anything beyond send me back to Kerry (Rte 123 Store Manager).

So I get back to Kerry who nicely and calmly explains she can't help me now either... and who can blame her? I'm some guy showing up with bad coffees and 3 empty cups.

So I head back to Taylor at this store and this time my dad comes in and the manager starts to argue says she shouldn't remake the coffees and even threatens to refuse service. So she is mumbling that she shouldn't have to do this and finally starts to remake our coffees. We're frustrated and annoyed with being bounced back and forth and are happy to just get regular coffee at this point We part ways while leaving I extended a good gesture by saying "have a great day" and over my shoulder one of the employees yells back "yeah you don't have a good day". At this point I turned around and requested information to speak to the franchise owners.

The people at this location could not have been ruder to a paying customer of your corporation, regardless if this is a franchise or not.

I would never recommend this location if your expecting any kind of helpful service based on the managers reaction 2 times and the way employees became belligerent and started talking with such disrespect back to a customer

I go to this Dunkin Donuts Monday thru Friday and Monday thru Thursday the people working the window, but Fridays I have to say the worst person/persons works the window. They are rude to customers and super slow!!Please look into

This has to be the worst dunkin donuts in the south shore. Waited in line for 10 minutes without the line moving. Looks like shift supervisor was to busy on her cell phone. eventually another customer stated aloud he's beening waiting 30 minutes for a bagel. A BAGEL. I walked out at this point. The district manager needs to need spend a few weeks here in need of serious rehabilitation.
