Usually I do not write reviews but this establishment is quite literally the worst dunkin’ donuts I have ever been to. I am not sure if he is the manager or if he is just a normal worker, but the man who is usually working the drive thru window is the rudest person I have ever met. There has not been one time where I went to this location and he didn’t have an attitude. I work right down the street and me and my coworkers usually go there in the morning and LITERALLY every time he has a gross attitude. It’s a shame because the ladies that work there are so nice and I feel sorry that he is their boss. (if he is) He is the only problem this place has.

This particular DD has very bad customer service, they are very very very impolite & the be insulting customers. An employee walk away from the register & " quotes she doesn't got time for that" when she was told the order was wrong instead of listening she was just screaming & being rude... They need better training or new staff

The coffee tasted like there was juice in it, not a good way. The avocado bacon toast has 1 strip of bacon cut in 2, sometimes 3 if your lucky. I also didn't know they had there own lunch menu, cause i can never get anything other than donuts in the morning. They never have anything other than a donutsuntil noon.

This Dunkin location is one I go to while my clothes are in the wash at the near by laundromat. I usually get something to eat including my favorite donut Boston Cream.
No star for service, you used to be able to buy a donut of your liking, but now they say no we don't have the first **FIVE** donuts I asked for What the hell, your in the business of making and selling damm donuts how can you tell me you don't have 5 common donuts at 8:18 A.M poor business sense. Ann no star for server at the drive through she was hinting for tips the whole time Iwas being disappointed????? Then she threw the donut at me like Roger Clemens fastball, took hot chocolate from her with my to hands. Poor poor poor
