Second time visiting this dunks and both times horrendous coffee. Every single coffee is made with extra cream like a milk shake! Can I get coffee with my milk. Hash browns hard, asked to remake my coffee and still came out awful. NEVER AGAIN. COUNT YOUR DAYS DUNKS ON MAIN ST.

I am so upset with how me and my friend were served, there was this woman at the counter we went up and asked her to make us some Sabrina day dream refresher, that’s how exactly we said it, and so she went on to make it and pretty much it was wrong, she made a strawberry refresher with lemonade, we brought it to her attention and she rolled her eyes at us when we tried to correct her that it was the wrong drink and then she charged my card for drink which should’ve been free doe making her drink wrong , but for her to roll her eyes at us when we said we had the wrong drink it such unacceptable behavior in any establishment, I WILL NEVER BE COMING HERE AGAIN BECAUSE THAT WAS SO RIDICULOUS, especially her charging us for a drink she messed up

Came to order my self and my son breakfast and I ordered two loaded hash brooms and Amaura gave me regular hash brown I gave the bag back to her because I didn’t order and she ignore to take the bag back so I put it on the counter in the drive through. Then she went to the manger and told a lie she told her I want to get my money back which was a lie because the only thing I said I didn’t order regular hash browns then made me wait for some cold food every time I come here the food is cold. Need to listen more better to customers when ordering because I was late for work and my son was late for school

I was waiting in line patiently but I need to use the restroom I went up to one of the two ladies working there and asked and just literally ignored me didn’t even say give me a second or sorry when she just gave food to another customer and ignored me, and I was there standing there didn’t even ask me what was my quick question. So rude that both of them didn’t even say give me a second or like to wait I just needed the restroom first and after I wanted to ordered.

I usually go to this Dunkin to get my strawberry refresher with no ice. the lady told me it was a new policy that all the drinks had to have ice. I had a cold at this moment and just needed something room temperatures. So I ask for a refund and she gave it to me. I have questions. Why would the lady say that it’s a new policy when the other Dunkin’s don’t have it? Does this Dunkin’s only operate by itself? Terrible customer service. I wanted to make sure what the lady was saying it’s true so I went to the one on Montello.. I ordered the same thing and got it with no ice. If the Lady had the new policy why didn’t she tell me when I was ordering.. she waited till I payed to give the drink full of ice. Ok let’s say she didn’t hear me. She could’ve made me a new drink or just remove the ice and add other things but no. She lied in my face. I won’t be going there ever unless I have to.

Usually I do not write reviews but this establishment is quite literally the worst dunkin’ donuts I have ever been to. I am not sure if he is the manager or if he is just a normal worker, but the man who is usually working the drive thru window is the rudest person I have ever met. There has not been one time where I went to this location and he didn’t have an attitude. I work right down the street and me and my coworkers usually go there in the morning and LITERALLY every time he has a gross attitude. It’s a shame because the ladies that work there are so nice and I feel sorry that he is their boss. (if he is) He is the only problem this place has.

This particular DD has very bad customer service, they are very very very impolite & the be insulting customers. An employee walk away from the register & " quotes she doesn't got time for that" when she was told the order was wrong instead of listening she was just screaming & being rude... They need better training or new staff
