Food is good service is very poor. You got eight people running around in there like their heads are cut off. People need to be managed more directly I just waited almost 6 minutes for two wake up wraps. Does a lime going around the building in the drive-thru because of the time they took smh I would come back here but not in the drive-thru it's way too slow

So this is the only dunks I go to an I come here a lot .. I normally order the same thing which I'm not going to say my order cause I plan on coming back an I don't want anything happening to my food lol but I add a sausage to my order ... and more times out of all they don't add the sausage I get charged for it but I don't get the sausage .. and If I don't have time to go threw the bag an check the sandwhich cause I'm in a rush to go to work I have to turn around an drive all the way back just to get them to add it .. today it happend again it's probably the 5th time it happend with in 2 months so I come back I say hey you know this happens a lot you guys know me here I really don't want to pay for this .. to compensate for the 5 times I had to drive back .. she says .. nice lady by the way they are always nice at the windows but she says next time you come say we owe you a free sandwhich an will give you it so hopefully they remember but honestly I just want my order right I dont want to keep coming back I'm hoping they at some point will just remember me well enough to tell whoever is making the sandwiches to make sure they add the sausage to it ... staff is great its just who ever is making the food needs to be double checked a lot
