I drive a lot for work so I have to use the bathroom wherever I can find. I went in to this Dunkin and there was no line. I checked the bathroom door and it was locked so I figured the employees need to buzz me in or something. I waited at the counter for well over 5 mins. Neither employee even acknowledged my presence. Finally they come to ask how they can help me and I order a drink and ask to use the bathroom. They let me in. Bathroom is not clean, but not the dirtiest I’ve seen. No toilet paper in the dispenser. I’m in the bathroom for less than 5 mins and someone tries to open the door, a couple of minutes after that one of the employees LETS SOMEONE ELSE into this single person bathroom while i’m still in there!!! I don’t know if was the same person who let me as I did not see them but regardless that’s crazy. The store wasn’t even busy. Completely oblivious staff.

Severely gone down hill coffee always burnt. Lack of diversity now they barely speak English! Mangers is the worst I’ve ever encountered also has a lack of accountability!!! Avoid at all costs

Dunkin Shout out!
I just want to shout out the Dunkin Donuts at 634 centre st in brockton ! First off I was greeted with a great smile and excellent customer service skills today! The best way to start the New Year 2025! 🎊😁My order had a quite a few items included two drinks one hot one iced and they were BOTH made to prefection. All my items were accounted for and they even brought my order to my car when I was silly enough to not press the place my order button in the app lol it’s easy to be overwhelmed in fast service but, they checked off all the boxes of perfect service and now will be a returning customer for all my DD needs in the city of champions!

I go here faithfully before work, and daily I see them deep cleaning, and always friendly. Grateful to know my coffee is coming from a caring workplace ?

Update: I was thoroughly impressed with the staff and service today. Despite there being a minor issue with the payment system they were able to resolve it quickly and keep the line moving. They all were really friendly and nice which is impressive considering how demoralizing it can be working in fast food. The food is Dunkin Donuts so it's never going to be amazing, but the rest was fantastic and the place was spotless.

Standing here for 15 minutes with employees walking back and forth and not one acknowledgement, no "we'll be right with you" or "sorry, we're a bit swamped" nothing. I try to be understanding with service people. I know they get a lot of abuse for lots of hard work and terrible pay, but some sort of acknowledgement that I exist would be nice. Especially since it doesn't seem busy at all. I didn't sense any urgency or feeling rushed that happens during busy times. People just meandering back and forth. What the hell is going on here? This isn't the first time it's been like this either.
Also, locking the bathrooms is really annoying when you can't get anyone's attention to give you the key to use it.

Since the former manager is gone: I have to get my coffee in Abington, as nobody can make my coffee well anymore. Abington is happy to get my tips.

Got to the drive thru employee's sounded like they were parting, Got a bagel and they didn't put the cream cheese but had me pull up and wait for my food. bad service.
