Standing here for 15 minutes with employees walking back and forth and not one acknowledgement, no "we'll be right with you" or "sorry, we're a bit swamped" nothing. I try to be understanding with service people. I know they get a lot of abuse for lots of hard work and terrible pay, but some sort of acknowledgement that I exist would be nice. Especially since it doesn't seem busy at all. I didn't sense any urgency or feeling rushed that happens during busy times. People just meandering back and forth. What the hell is going on here? This isn't the first time it's been like this either.Also, locking the bathrooms is really annoying when you can't get anyone's attention to give you the key to use it.

This is my family's preferred Dunkin. Been coming here since 2000 and only ever had one bad experience. Everything since then has always been fresh and satisfactory. It's always nice to have a smiling face early in the morning and it makes my day go very well. Even when they are completely busy, they still make sure everything is as you asked it to be. If an adjustment is needed, I've never received a sucking of teeth or an attitude. A lot of people throughout the years I've noticed, confuse being tired with having a bad attitude. Remember, not everything is peachy keen and some people try their hardest to even get up in the morning. These workers try their hardest to make sure you have good service. I don't usually go inside, but the drive thru is always top tier. Hopefully they get a raise because some customers I've seen them deal with are just mad at life and take it out on them.

Got to the drive thru employee's sounded like they were parting, Got a bagel and they didn't put the cream cheese but had me pull up and wait for my food. bad service.

Went thru drive thru, ordered 2 ice coffees, they asked us to pull around front to wait…After almost 10 minutes I went in to get my my order, they hadn’t even started making it and I asked for a refund, which they cannot do when the manager isn’t there. It took them almost ten more minutes to make my order after that. The people working could have cared less, they had no concern for customer service,

it blows my mind to see any bad reviews on the store because they are literally the only store that can make an iced mocha latte correctly I've gone to six or seven other Dunkin' Donuts in the area. I live in Whitman and I go all the way to Brockton to get my coffee every day! the staff has been there forever they know your name after coming in a couple times. I don't even have to walk in the door and my coffee will already be made! if I do a mobile order the second they see my name they know exactly what I want. I always get a large iced mocha latte with extra mocha whole milk and sugar and it's not a hard drink to make but no other Dunkin' Donuts can't seem to do it correctly at all I always have to go back in and have it remade two or three times before I just end up giving up and losing five dollars...this is the only location that I can drive away without tasting my coffee and know that it's correct. The best part is if there's a new staff and they see them making it incorrectly they will go over, remake the coffee, and show the new staff the correct way because if the espresso is poured in on top of the ice it ruins the entire drink I've never seen another location do that before 99% of the time and the other location they don't even put the espresso in the coffee so I end up with a very expensive chocolate milk. The staff really do care about their customers and deserve a lot more credit than they're receiving!

The staff here is consistently so rude and the order is messed up every time. An incorrect order is not a big deal, but its the way the staff deals with it that is so frustrating. Terrible attitude every single time.

I went here on Tuesday night. There were 2 young men working behind the counter. They were very professional and acted like complete gentlemen. I appreciate when I see young people working and doing a good job. I would definitely recommend this place.

Just like one of the latest reviewer on here said, This place is not what it used to be! Coffee is burned, watery, Food burned the workers just dont care about anything. Even when i politely ask to be remade they give you horrible attitude. I gived up going there, going to a diffrent dunking now.
