This is unacceptable, I placed the order at 3 p.m. and so far I haven't received any response or the order. I talked to Doordash, he said that someone took my order, so I told them that I haven't received any order yet and I'm waiting. They didn't even make the order, was 3 DoorDash in total waiting but they still didn't do it and now it's 4:45. I had to cancel because they don't communicate anything, the person is waiting and wasting time.

We were welcomed and greeted immediately upon entering with warm smiles from the staff. Super clean store, while we were ordering we were asked if we had tried the new coffee milkshake yet and we hadn’t so he offered to make us one to try. He also made our kids a complimentary shake to share. Super nice staff. Definitely will return to this location! Keep up the good work :)

Five Guys is overrated in my opinion. Prices are high and I believe there are better options available
We ordered 2 Cheeseburgers and a Milk Shake today through the Five Guys website, never recieved our Shake. They outsource delivery through Doordash which is part of the problem. Because when an order is wrong Doordash blames the restaurant and tells you to contact them, when you contact the restaurant they claim to have fulfilledit and blame Doordash or the Dasher for refusing to deliver your order properly. Meanwhile you're out both your money and the item you paid for. Never dealing with either again.
