Ordered a burger this afternoon and it was OVERCOOKED! Had to pick prices out of the burger because I could not chew it, it was so stale. Their food is usually good but today I was very disappointed!

Whenever we grab five guys, it’s usually good. Today I went in and ordered a cheeseburger, fries and a shake. The folks working there are trying but wow they’re struggling and need additional support. It looks like they could benefit from being retrained properly and maybe having an additional staff person helping with orders.
There were people there before me who had ordered 30 min prior and still hadn’t gotten their order.

'm extremely disappointed with my recent experience. Despite specifically requesting a medium-cooked patty and confirming with the cashier, I received a burger that was clearly not cooked to my liking. When I pointed out the mistake, the staff insisted it was medium-cooked, even after I showed them the patty. The lack of customer service and attention to detail was appalling.
To make matters worse, I had tipped the cashier for taking my order, expecting good service. Instead, I was met with mediocrity and low standards. I left the order on the counter, even if had already paid for it, and walked away, frustrated by the poor experience. I really did not have the energy to talk to them and explain something that I already asked for. I was not sure they would understand anyway. I think they just did not care.
Dietary restrictions: 1- My lower jaw is going backward, so when the meat is too hard, it hurts my palate. (Bacon or Patty) 2- I don’t like my meat well done. I prefer medium or medium rare.
