Unfortunately the sweet & spicy chicken was just so dry. It makes no sense how the chicken can be sauced but still super dry inside. Maybe old chicken.

Flames has always had decent food for their prices. I have been coming here for years. But now they have put their prices up (which is fine and expected due to the economy) at least fix the customer service. A new lady seem upset that I put too much hot sauces on my food and she told me I was “taking too much hot sauce “. * Also parking needs to be fixed * everyone else that works there are pretty respectful and do their job don’t always greet you upon entering.

It is always pleasant getting a dish or two from Flames. There are multiple locations and they are all great. I just wish there were more plantains available with the meals and/or as side options. Otherwise a fantastic place to eat.

Update: Changing rating from four to three stars due to my visit from about 3 - 4 months ago. It was a disappointment. Got the salmon and it was completely dried out despite it having sauce on it. Could not finish my meal.

Just got a jerk chicken plate with cabbage and 2 sweet and spiced wings. Took a bite in the car and realize the food was cold. Went back in and the lady offered to heat it in the microwave…If I wanted microwave leftovers I would’ve ate home.

Food options are abundant, make the experience quite appetizing & appealing..however huge down side when i found hair in my plate 2x..first in my oxtail dish & rice with beans dish. Heatbreaking moments leaves me to give 2 star overall and 1 star for food. They offered me a new plate since I couldn't get my cash back which was even more devastating. My Last draw coming here is when I got mixed vegetables on my plate to only see it was old, slime strings were sticking from every vegetable on my plate signaling the vegetables were old. Smh. If your looking for jamaican food..I would recommend FLAMES in Randolph. It would be worth the visit. No unfortunate experiences with them so far.
Just bought oxtails and side Mac and it was completely disgusting. No taste, no nothing I’ll be never returning here. I want my money back but I know the odds to that. Plate is trash

What! It looks like they changed the cook in flames boy! I haven’t been there in a minute to I decided to stop in there today to get curry goat, BIG mistake first of all the guy who served the food seemed like he didn’t care how he put the food on the plate it looked a mess second the peas and rice was over cooked, flames in Brockton you needs to do better yuh food use to be good what happened.

Me & my guys stopped for lunch This is the first flames that I can honestly say the food was bland the cabbage was hard like it was raw we actually didn't eat it all I could have spent my $20 at mc Donald's
