They have great food but they're cheap with the oxtail. For what they charge there should be more oxtail or larger oxtail pieces

I have been there a few times the food is amazing. It's seriously at 10 out of 10. I think this restaurant could be something more than just a little shop. But they only have 80% of their menu available. Anytime you go there, they only have 20% of what's on the menu, and when you do ask for more Items, they'll just let you know. They have it and they won't let you know what you could substitute it with. It's very basic. I would say and the customer service, it's just non-existent, you get some of the rudest people there giving you attitude even when you're just asking them to do their job and plate your food and see what they have other than people. What's shown? And most of the time now, this stuff isn't shown so yeah, you would want to reference something but they don't they just look at you with an annoyed face and expect you to know everything on the menu. It is right in front of you though, so you can read it. But in those quick seconds It gets frustrating, especially if you're new, but someone that goes there a lot. I know what I want every single time and they never seem to have it. I don't know why they have amazing food. Horrible customer service, the ambience. There is actually kind of nice. I like the way the restaurant looks but they need to fix some stuff. There mostly attitude and actually getting stuff on the menu on my plate, instead of telling me, it's always out

Not welcoming atmosphere. The girl at the cashier/counter lacks politeness which is one of the necessary qualities for stellar customer service. I ordered for breakfast salt fish, yam and fried plantain. The first time, the salt fish had more oil than fish. Wanted to give them a second chance and went back a second time because I want to support local businesses. I asked for the same thing, the girl was so rude and unwelcoming, she told me that I would have to wait without any warmth in her tone, and I simply left.

Customer service sucks, food is nasty, prices aren’t displayed. The website must have been last updated in 2020 because the price on the website for most entrees are $10-$13 but I went in today and was charged $17 for a plate of tasteless rice and curry chicken and mushy cabbage. I would honestly give 0 starts if I could.

I ordered the Curry chicken rice and beans, and steamed veggies.through Door Dash. For starters the delivery driver did great. The issue was the quality of the food. The curry chicken was flavor less it just had spice. It was a little spicy but was lookin for more flavor. I couldn't really taste the rice because they loaded the rice with gravy and I did not request that. The quality of the chicken was what disturbed me seemed very cheap. too many bones all throughout the meal which made it hard to eat not enough meat. The chicken was funny colored from the bones, and I don't like eating things that look that way. The food was not disgusting I've just had better. Maybe they should use different parts of the chicken.

I bought fish and bammy from the fish fry the other day and all I tasted was sugar…Got stew chicken last Wednesday and it was even worse how much sugar was in it…!!! No Jamaican food is cooked with that much sugar. Wouldn’t advise anyone to buy food here sorry
NB. you need a real chef

Numerous times I’ve gone in here to order food and the items are never available. Whether it’s a fresh pressed juice or a plate
Today I enter to order and I was first asked if I called in an order and when I replied no..I was told that only certain chefs can make that dish and they aren’t here today.
Why offer something on the menu and then say it’s not available. And if it’s only certain days…it should be listed the same way the soups are advertised by the days of the week . The dish in question is Rasta pasta.
Not to mention every cashier acts like you spit in there face. Everything is served with a side of attitude.
How are you supposed to enjoy a plate if it’s made with negative vibes ?
Sad part of all of this, they actually have good food

I went to that place to get some jerk chicken. First, when I entered the restaurant, the young girl who took my order has no customer service skills whatsoever. I felt like I should’ve just turned around and left, so rude. She needs not to be at that desk, or needs some customer service training.
On top of it all, the rice was dry/uncooked , and the chicken was burnt. It was a waste of my money
