I was very excited to go bc crinkle cut french fries are my favorite! Unfortunately, the grease that they were fried in tasted old. Either that or they were refried. If you're gonna screw up something so simple, why try anything more elaborate? Not a fan!

After many decades, they apparently closed suddenly without notice - not even a sign on the door as of a couple of weeks ago. Sorry to see them go. Went there often over the years for their hot dog baskets, fries and fried clams. As previously noted, the could not get any help and had already modified their hours of operation to just a few days a week. I keep hoping they reopened every time I drive by.

I believe they are closed for good. Been going there since I was a kid. Best food. Since Covid it went downhill and they could not get staff to stay for the life of them. As far as rudeness they have always been like that.

This place has gone down hill really down hill. The onion rings where the best at one time now forget about it. Won't be returning.
Checked online, said they were open, got there WAY before the posted closing time and guess what.... they were closed.

I gave it a 3 not only because of the food, but because of the staff. Attitude wasn't that great. They weren't pleasant. Food was ok, lack of flavor with the fried seafood made it a 3 star. Nothing out of this world. Fries were good though.
