I had by far the absolute worst experience here i have ever had with a fast food/coffee place.I ordered a coffee and wrap before work today and as i was finishing my coffee because it had been in a coffee sleeve I hadn’t seen it but there WAS A COCKROACH IN MY DRINK! Im so disgusted and sick to my stomach! I had to call multiple times before someone answered and was informed there wasn't a manger available , so i will be calling corporate and the department of health when its open in the morning. I don't understand how the employees working did not notice! How many others have this happened to unnoticed?

The food’s awesome! My hot chocolate is still hot when I get to the house. The only thing that ruined the experience is the young lady doing the cashier at the drive thru. Seems like she’s definitely not having a good day. She’s so rude for someone who you will encounter to get breakfast to start your day! Definitely not recommend her doing window! Didn’t even say ‘hello’ or ‘good morning’ but straight to complaining how I should have ordered online or came inside to order. Why did you even have a drive thru to begin with?

DoorDash was prompt to my house in Brockton on Friday morning and it was a surprise! My friend told my father by saying "Honey Dew's here" in a nice voice and I didn't get an order, so they got the orders. I am extremely glad that I recommend DoorDash for Honey Dew in the future. Honey Dew was a great surprise that morning!
