I love this HD!! The women at the window are so sweet, don't ask which one, so far all of them are wonderful. There is one that reminds me of the woman that was at the DD on Belmont, she always asked if you wanted anything else, and would say like a muffin or donut, and you would get it cause she was adorable. Well, HD has one too. She is so wonderful. HD on Pleasant makes my mornings Pleasant (get it, lol)

This is my favorite coffee stop from now on. The staff is super Nice and professional. They always greet their customers (assuming that I can't be the only one) in a friendly tone of voice. They never sound impatient or rude, even when a couple of times It took me a while to find my misplaced card. Those wonderful workers deserve to be well paid.
