It was ok. I stopped hy yesterday 11/3/25 @ about 4.00 pm. No one st desk, someone came within sn minute so that was good. He sat me down, I said I in rush, he said ok and went away. I COULD SEE THE CHRCK IN COUNTER FROM WHERE I WAS. I waited 5 minutes and on one showed up TO TAKE MY ORDER. . At this point I just went up to the check in counter and there and said to zhe 2 staff people there, have nice day, I cant wait on you guys to take my order. I have being going there on and off but the service is going down hill. Not sure if I go back

My stomach said don't go there but I went anyway. The wasn't good and neither were the drinks. The drinks are watered down. I didn't even drink my soda it was beyond nasty. I learned my lessons some places you just can't eat from.
Took my young son in this morning as a treat after a difficult medical appointment. Staff at westgate ihop cheered us right up. Really appreciated everyone treating him with so much kindness and playfulness.
