No respect for costumer
Waited over 20 min for my food and the manager was being rude and ignorant ton about this ain’t a fast food restaurant it’s quality food it takes time blah blah but it was a order that was placed on line for pick up I soundly have to wait 20/30 min extra for my food.
The wait is horrible.. the chicken was burnt.. never went back
It’s very unfortunate to have a negative experience the day after eating good food. We ordered two plates yesterday that were delicious. Wanted to try something different today, so I called Jeano’s up. The first issue, I had to call 7 times to get through. Okay fine - it’s Sunday so they are probably busy. A man finally answered after the phone rung 6-7 times. I asked what kind of rice was available today. That was answered. I asked what kind of sauce-poi was available. “Oh my God by the time I go through the entire menu, we’ll be closed”. I happened to be Haitian and know the different types that are made. I was told to check out their menu online. I did check online, the website does not indicate what types of sauce poi is available. Is it the same kind daily? Is there a different sauce poi of the day daily? That’s legitimate question. After that experience, I would be crazy to order food and eat it without fear of something malicious being done to it. I asked what sauce poi was available and not the entire menu. I knew what meat I wanted. Do better next time!
Is not good forking service m
I was charged $10 extra because I change my mind to o stay in to eat my food after they took a long time for my order to be ready and I will never bring myself and any other family or friends there to eat

VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. I CALL TO PLACE AN ORDER AND THE PERSON HANG UP ON ME.
I've lived in Brockton for years
decided to try Jeanos. I was pleasantly surprised. I had it delivered, so not sure of staff or atmosphere. I tried other Haitian restaurants in the area, wouldn't go back.
The food was gooooooddddd. Well seasoned, flavorful, and plenty for leftovers. I would definitely go back to them.
I'm surprised the reviews are so low.

I placed an online order for pickup, but upon arrival, the staff seemed unaware of it. This resulted in an unexpected wait while they prepared the food. When I finally received my order, I discovered they had forgotten to include the fried pork. The overall experience was disappointing, with noticeable issues in customer service and attention to detail. The counter staff appeared more engrossed in conversation with their colleagues than focusing on customer orders. This lack of professionalism significantly impacted the quality of service.

I been going to Jeano's Restaurant for quite some time now and they're one of my favorite restaurants in the city of Brockton! I never a bad experience with them. The last thing I got from them was Cabrit (goat) and rice with beans and plantains. The rice with beans was large in portion and it was made to perfection. Also, the goat meat was on point! - Juvi 508 (YouTuber)

I’m using to it taking too long to get your food. Been eating here for years. But today was enough I placed an order online. It said the order would be there in 30mins. Again I’ve been here before so I knew it would take longer. My boyfriend gets there an hr later and my food is still not ready. He stated he wanted a refund. Instead of apologizing and giving us a refund he started arguing with my boyfriend. He then went out back and got a pistol once he didn’t like how the conversation was going. Completely disgusting behavior from a grown man/business owner. Definitely don’t recommend anyone going there. Try Delicious or Table 22 their Haitian food is just as good, less attitude and may take the same amount of time or less. Meanwhile I have to dispute this with my bank because we left with no food or refund. Smh
This place has been open for years. They also updated the look to the interior. The Food is worth the wait. The manager can have better manners though
