Jersey Mike's Subs

Stoughton is better than this location. The ham and provolone barely had the Mike's way flavor. Stoughton always does it right. And now I have trust issues with the Brockton location. I called in my order. Walked in to pay. A girl was in the middle of making a sub with bacon. She stopped to process my payment with the same gloves and then went straight back to touching the sub she was making without changing her gloves! I reminded her that she processed my payment with those gloves and she quickly removed them. I won't order by phone if I go back. I need to see them prepare my food in front of me.

Workers are always fight8ng with each other and giving each other dirty looks. Saying sparky comments to each other. No 9ne seems happy to be there. Owner of this franchise should spend some time there and see the vibe. Not a friendly atmosphere at all. Took more than 10 minutes to get 3 sandwiches made. No deployment going on to make things efficient. Bread was stale and flakey.

The two white women that work here are very rude. I ordered a sandwich and waited almost 20 minutes just standing there. The lady at the grill asked me how I wanted my sandwich as if she was making it and never did. The you lady at counter gave all my veggies on the side like I asked. She very nice and did her job. I stood there and realized no one was making my sandwich. A young man finally walks over as he just clocked in to work and asked me if I was taken care of. I told him I’ve been waiting a while and no one has made my sandwich. He immediately got on it. I confronted the girl at the register and asked her why I was still waiting and she rudely replied “we have other people that work here and they switched places.” Very condescending! Which I replied “why did she ask me about me food as if she about to start making it and she didn’t?! I’m still here it’s been 15 minutes! The young man just clocked in!” She had no response after that and just walked away. Meanwhile the girl that acted like she was making my food was still back there just walking around! They did not care or show any sense of urgency. I had already paid and since the young man was making my food I didn’t make it a bigger deal but I will not be back! Terrible service!

I have ordered from them multiple times from UberEats and never had any issue. I see some of the reviews are speaking on the service in person. I will update my review if necessary once I visit the location. But going over the food I got from them, I got the Big Kahuna Cheese Steak today and it was delicious, I ordered a Giant size. I always get the mushrooms removed and they have yet to disappoint with their sandwiches. Whenever I am introducing someone to Brockton, I recommend Jersey Mike's Subs for a really good sandwich if that's what they're looking for. - SheCallsMeJuvi (YouTuber)

Ordered a steak and cheese, was so disturbed when I opened it, there was literally nothing inside of it. Don’t waste your money.I will say, the people working were pretty nice, but come on, almost $15 for bread.

Don't go there the women behind the counter was rude ,I came in first and she acted like I was not there two white couple came in after me and she took there order first then came after me. She didn't ask me what size I wanted and acted like I could only afford the small one. She was very racist towards me.

I don't often leave reviews, but have had so many good experiences at this location that I feel it's necessary to give them credit. One would think in a city there would be plenty of options for a decent lunch spot that is quick and consistently good...but that is not always the case. This location is always well staffed with friendly people that provide a quality product and experience. They are a good team and deserve high praise!

Had the full size sub I got to tell you it exceeded expectations for a a chain store.The location is horrible but the service and the food is excellent.

Vegetarian options: They can make any type of vegetarian or vegan sub you'd like.

Kid-friendliness: The kids menu is it's large and has multiple choices.

Parking: This about 25 parking that are available.

Wheelchair accessibility: Does the number of wheelchair accessible parking spots but the door is not wheelchair.
