service was terrible, the guy that took my order was very rude and disrespectful. re-took my order 3 times until he finally got it right. the acai was good place was clean. it’s just homeboy was very rude which was uncalled for. if you don’t like your job get a new one🤷🏽♀️

I got a strawberry and orange They put too much strawberry and to little orange never get strawberry unless you just want strawberry I will be returning but only with orange

I love the açaí bowls from here and their smoothies but I came in today and stood here yelling hello for a solid 5 mins before someone came from the back, it’s been 23 mins since I placed my order and I’m still sitting here waiting, they have a bakery connected next store and they are more worried about over there then over here.
Edit 10 mins later still and my bowl was wrong

Smoothies aren’t consistent unless you go on a weekday before noon. The young lady over poured the coconut milk for my smoothie. So now I have pink coconut milk with a hint of banana. 😂

As I was reviewing the menu (because it was my first experience), the employee told me he was going to close, to rush me in choosing my order. I came in 40 minutes before closing. He simply could’ve let me have 2 seconds to review the menu.

Great smoothies and customer service is great. I’ve been coming since they’ve opened and will continue to be a customer. My only issue is that the smoothies are inconsistent. I get the same one everytime and sometimes it tastes the same but many times, it tastes completely different.

If the owner actually reads these my feedback is about the light skinned girl in the front that can’t speak Creole she needs to learn how to greet people when coming in and not just standing there staring at the customers expecting them to open their mouths first

Drinks look good online, but the service is trash ? they send you your juice unsecured. Therefore, the driver can do whatever they want with your food. I pay money for this service, and I need to receive it .. NOT SAVE TO ORDER FROM THIS MERCHANT....
