I recently had an experience at Marylou's where the service was unfortunately overshadowed by one of the staff members' attitudes. While the food itself was decent, my interaction with the server left a lot to be desired. She seemed visibly annoyed from the moment we placed our order, and when I asked a simple question about an ingredient she forgot to add, she rolled her eyes in a very noticeable and dismissive manner. After noticing her facial expression and poor behavior. I asked her if she was OK and why she was she was being so rude? She said "OK" and walked away like a toddler.
It was uncomfortable and unprofessional, and it really detracted from what could have been a pleasant experience. While I understand that everyone can have off days, staff needs to maintain a friendly and courteous demeanor, especially when serving customers. I hope this is just an isolated incident, but it definitely left a bad impression on me. Shame on this woman because she was the oldest in there. It's not my problem that she hates life. Don't work in customer service if it can't be pleasant. Do better!

I walked in looking for a bagel with cream cheese, and the bagel is delicious but I only got one pack of cream cheese that is not even close to enough for a bagel. I barely barely covered one big one side of the bagel. Service was all right. The kid behind the counter was semi friendly. Can’t say much about atmosphere. It’s at a gas station in a very heavily populated area. And the bagel was $3.56, which is absolutely outrageous for a bagel with minimal cream cheese needless to say probably never going to Mary Lou again.

I was deciding what to get and some balding middle aged guy in front of the counter starts heckling the kids working to help me. I thought it was just a local drunk, but it turns out he worked there, probably their boss. I was not ready, and had not even approached the counter to indicate I was ready. The kids, busy doing something with the coffee pots exchanged eye rolls, and I wish I could have joined them. It just made the whole experience awkward because I wasn't ready, and the manager was just wasting their time, and this kid and I had to share a weird experience while the middle aged dude just sat there poking at his phone. Won't be going back to this location, I hate clueless management. Coffee was OK, got a black cold brew so it's a pretty standard taste no matter where you go.
Parking: It's a gas station parking lot, so small.

I was skeptical at first if this would be a good coffee shop to go to, I met with professionalism and respect that all customers should deserve in this company gives it all. The coffee is beyond five stars. It’s not one of those other coffee places that it taste like water, this is a premium delicious one of a kind coffee and it deserves the world

The manager has a shitty attitude (Brandon), I don't usually go to the brockton one but I was driving through so I got a coffee and it was made wrong so after my appointment I went back and asked for it to be remade but got an attitude the whole time as a manager you should have better customer service skills and coffee making...
Coffee wasn't made correctly, the service was HORRIBLE . Asked for extra sugar in 2 coffees ndid t have extra sugar n asked for woman to put more sugar in the coffees she asked if she could just give us sugar packets n we can do it. My boyfriend n I looked at each other n laughed n said "Um....No, u get paid to make the coffees. I'm not doing her job! Lol" I will from now on pass 100 Marylou's n go 37 miles out of my way to find a Dunkin or die of thirst before ever spending another penny there!

Idk if it's jus this spot but I've gotten to Mary Lou's B4 n it did not taste this bad even the cups n straws suck n 1st time I spent 20 mins at a coffee store service was ridiculous it was like pulling teeth to get more sugar in my coffee smh ??

The customer services was so bad I been there three times and only had one good employee that I came across I ask for my drinks and man that worked there was so rude saying he needs to wright it down and still got it wrong looked stressed when there was no other customers another employee came out and was just as bad said the system was messed up and just had something to say about everything I asked for ..as if I was bothering them with blond hair all over her shirt… I was charged extra for Carmel and didn’t put it on my coffee but at the point I just wanted to get out of there with the service I reserved from both the staff… I requested turkey sausage they said there wasn’t a button to put that in but will let the cook know I got my food and relived it was sausage not turkey sausage as I am Hebrew I do not eat pork… the over all service was terrible and feel that there should a upgrade in staff or more training… as I was waiting they started having personal conversations about other employees that was not ok…
