Hi my wife was using the mobile app @ the drive thru, with a coupon for a mcgriddle and hash brown. And we ordered a sausage egg mcmuffin. Everything showed on ordering screen @ 10:05am on 10/31. And when we got to the window the woman in the back not at the window. She was Rude Yelling and extremely Disrespectful! And you never know what you're going to get out of this woman usually. The order was incomplete and she refused to correct it, people shouldn't come to work with a attitude or hungover! This McDonald's needs to have some serious customer interaction training immediately!

Worst food experience ever food was cold french fries were wet and they messed up my order mind you their staff are rude and put whatever they want on your food be careful if you have a food allergy I didn't even eat the food out of fear that there was something else in my food or drink I will not step foot in this location ever again bad food worst customer service ordered my nephews some food and this place is still trash who puts spicy chicken in a kids meal worst ever thought it would be OK since it's been months since I last went but no still trash

This absolutely sucks. First of all, I didn’t get my points at all even though I gave them the code. and I asked for honey mustard and they DIDNT GIVE ME IT. They never get the sauces right.

I had to leave a review because, as i ate in the parking lot, the food was so fresh I found my self double checking the building to make sure I was still at McDonald's. The French fries were hot and they were crispier than potato chips. The staff was about their business, working like a team, my order was quick. I only took off a star because the men's room smelled like a toilet. Understandable, it was evening rush. Aside from that yellow flag, I was definitely satisfied with this visit

The hours say open at 5 am. It says 4:30 on the door but its 5:40 and she said they're not open until 6. She was very rude. I've watched 6 people come and leave. This is the worst Mc Donald's I've ever been to. Very rude, late opening, and very poor customer service skills.

Overpriced then the other McDonald's around the area. I ordered a value meal with a 4 pc nugget, when I get to my vehicle there was only 3 in the box. This never happened before at any McDonald's and I will never be back to this one. Someone can't count! Incompetent staff!
You guys suck. I just ordered 2 large fries and relieved one half way full , ordered extra BBQ sauce and didn't receive that either. I dhoujdbe had four in total. Ordered a disgustingly made LARGE not medium, strawberry smoothie with no straw.
