Everytime I've been there at night the crew is always slow and my orders been wrong on more than 2 occasions I can think of immediately. Also either there icecream machine isn't working at all or when I order a shake they NEVER have Strawberry ONLY Chocolate or Vanilla. Very frustrating. If I can I'll avoid this McDonald's or only go during the day, if Really hungry But chances you are you can't order a shake cause machine is down & if you get Lucky and it's working - Hope you don't want Strawberry!!!

So I've been coming to this location for years and every time I try to order the drive thru ( I understand how the restaurant industry works and if they're busy it affects everything I can also tell when there's nobody inside the restaurant) I've had to wait at the order station for 10 mins b4 my order is taken and of course that's after saying hello into the microphone with that said it dosnt matter if 2 cars in line ahead of me or none I then wait an additional 10 to 15 min in line or at the pickup /pay windows I'm not a rude person or unreasonable Def takes alot for me to complain but when I've waited 10 plus min to order and I pay and I'm still waiting for 10 15 min at the pick up window and choose just to drive away losing my money and my food out of frustration sets me over the edge especially with 3 hungry kids waiting on there meals I know I'll never get my money back because God forbid the younger staff gives you a receipt afterpaying and my food will never be replaced so a $30 visit to mcdonalds turns into a 60+$ dinner and sure I cld have waited but when kids working ignore the drive thru window customer when he's saying excuse me attempting to see what the holdup is I was never told that fries were cooking or patties were still cooking any explanation why it was taking so long and yes I have been back to the location since giving a benefit of the doubt and waited a total of 18 minutes and there was only two cars ahead of me.... well whoever is in charge of this location ever make it right I've gone back to jobs and went above and beyond for my customers because I value repeat customers I hope the same standards apply for such a well-known establishment

Late night drive thru really bad employee arguing with customer at drive thru over my car with customer while my son in car didn't know what was going to happen i felt unsafe and waited for my food over 8 minutes very bad service and experience with this mcdonald and my food was old sandwich was hard employee was on his phone not doing his job and playing around with other employee very disappointed

had gone to taco bell originally and was refused breakfast service at 10am on 11/19 so i drove across the street to this mcdonald’s and the staff were very prompt and friendly. i got two hot and fresh sausage breakfast burritos very quickly and couldn’t have been more pleased with the service and team members on shift. they probably won’t see this but thank you for making my morning overall better.

Hands down the worst McDonald’s in Brockton. Unfortunately it’s the only one near my job open late so I’m there frequently for break and 9/10 times either your order is wrong, they have an attitude or you’re sitting in drive thru for 20 minutes before someone decides to pay attention to the window. There night staff is HORRIBLE. They will close the cafe early, not pay attention to drive thru and then have an attitude when you complain. I’ve been just making the trip across town to avoid this place just for better service

The food was cold and workers were rude and more concerned with talking to each other than helping me, it took almost 15min for a cold double quarter pounder with cheese meal and 10piece chicken nuggets(free with app) and it still came to 19.68. Haven't been to this location in a while I hoped they changed but they haven't.

Really friendly and fast service. I even dropped an earbud-it’s hard for me to bend to pick things up, and this fell behind a secured bench-and this one employee got down on his hands and knees to fish it out. If I had lots of money to give that man a big tip I would have. So kind.

I also love that the place has an awesome ramp, and is fully accessible, with TWO drivethru windows!!!

This is one of the worst locations to get food from. They don’t pay attention to orders. Ordering a hamburger but then they put cheese on it. Tired of this location always getting things wrong and there’s no accountability.
