I ordered filet-o-fish meal and mcchicken, the filet-O-fish was missing

Ordered on the app about 45 minutes to close. When I pulled up to the drive through there was stuff blocking it so I went inside but the doors were locked and a guy saw me and told me they were closed. I said I ordered online and already paid and the app said u don’t close for another hour. He said we don’t but we wanted to have time to clean. I said I already paid tho can I at least get my money back. He told me that that’s not his problem and I would just have to “deal with the loss”

Made me wait almost 20 minutes for a milkshake that I never got
I don’t know where to begin, I have given this location so much chances and this location still can’t get it together, I have complained twice to cooperate and chin management about my frustrations about night shifts and morning shifts and all chin management keeps doing is band-aiding the situation with coupons when clearly the managers there shouldn’t be in management at all. It’s unacceptable to be waiting 20+ just for a sandwich and almost came close to walking back there to grab things myself but I knew if I do that they’ll call the police all because they do too much talking and not enough working. You’re better off with crescent st or even better yet better off with the Vietnamese restaurant across the street that brings out food a lot more faster cause belmont st crews sucks and they know it too.

If I could give this location less then one star and could give negative stars they would earn it at this location. The Management is trash how they got that position is unbelievable, the service is awful. Corporate should look into this location and train the employees or bring in well structured people. People spend hard earned money here.

I placed a mobile order today 9/10/24 at 2:20pm and was in the drive through line waiting for my order. A women was in front of me waiting for her food the worker passed her my order by accident and the women was looking through the bag then passed the bag back to the worker and told her that wasn't her order. Instead of the worker throwing out that food when I came up to the window she tired to give me that same bag and I said no the women in front of me just had her hand in the bag you really think I'm gonna take that bag? That worker had a terrible attitude. When she passed me a new bag with my order there was no sauce. I said can I have " sweet and sour and ketchup and my hic drink please " and she said " you don't have any drink " like what? I showed the order that clearly shows I got a drink and she said " oh well we don't have hi-c " okay that so that's your job to offer another drink ... trash service at this location.
