when someone specifically asks for something to be made fresh it is generally for a reason. I ordered a 20 piece nugget made to order. I found it odd that it was already ready when I got to the Window as I usually have to wait. the ticket on the box eve stated make to order. when I opened them they were NOT fresh. they were lukewarm and kind of hard. very disappointed.
