To the thief that stole my money. On 1/9/25 I used my $100.00 gift card at 9:27 am and bought one thing it was oatmeal I use my credit card or my gift card. The item came up to $3.20 so when I got in my car, I decided to see you know the balance to make sure everything was fine. You know the new card one item $3.20 and they said that I spent $3.84 so I immediately called the gift card company and I told them I said no it should say $3.20 and they said that they their account says $3.87 and they wouldn’t let the transaction go through Because there was an error somewhere and I said really you know so I’ll how does that how does that happen? How do you give me a receipt that I still have for $3.20 and then on the credit card balance it says I spent $3.87 they stole $.64

This max Donald’s is very sucks so today I brought an orange juice the seller told me the person at the said I pay for medium and I said no I asked for large I should receive large so I went inside and hand the orange juice to one of the cashier so she could switch it to a large while I run to my car to go get money to complete the payment on my way inside she hand me a large orange juice and I asked her how much she said it’s fine when I get into my car and left I taste the juice just to find out it’s water

Order on the app for car side carry out, waited outside for literally 13 mins, saw someone come and go next to me, so I finally go in and the lady is literally talking on her cell phone holding my order in her hand. What the heck is up? This McDonald’s is the worst.

This is the slowest McDonald's I've ever been to. I wait every single time to place my order and for my food. I don't understane why this location is so incredibly slow.

I always get cold fries .. and my biggest pet peeve is I pay extra for hot fudge and they don’t do it and when I ask them at the window to give me extra please they have the nerve to roll their eyes at you and give you the exact same thing. At that point just refund me cause the food and service is just terrible. I’m paying $15 for food that sucks. never going to this location again.
