My cheeseburger did not come with a patty. Just buns pickles cheese and ketchup... The first time this happened I let it slide but this time is just infuriating bcuz why would I pay almost 3 dollars for a cold cheese sandwich with pickles and ketchup when I clearly wanted a cheeseburger?

Typically will go there for lunch break. And the service is horrible. Doesn't matter what time I go there I just get a meal, nothing extra. The workers always make mr go wait in the lot for my food and will take the proceeding cars orders and food is out no time! I've seen them take 5 customers after me once. Workers are always on their phones no gloves.

The service was I’m 9 months pregnant all I wanted was a spicy chicken sandwich and I told the cashier I don’t mind to wait but please make it fresh my order in total was $20:49 cents cause I also order nuggets and drinks and all I wanted was for everything to be fresh but after I pay not even 2 minutes later he calls my and I thought it was for the drinks but he also give me my food and I was there is no way this is fresh l opened the chicken sandwich and the nuggets it was very cold so I went to him and I said this is not fresh and kept on repeating that I was fresh when I can clearly see it’s not I use to work at McDonald and I know it doesn’t take 1 minute to cook the crispy chicken and he was like ohh I’ll just give your money back so give me the money and I left. a young Hispanic man

Horrible customer service each and every time i visit this location!! The woman working the drive through 9/18 around 745 a.m , needs to be fired. The way she is speaking to people needs to be addressed! I will be calling corporate!

Sandwich was thrown together.. Customer service is horrible. I'll never go back there... Tried serving me something I'm allergic too... I had to park, go in the store and ask the manager for it to be redone. Unacceptable.

Manager closed the lobby 30 minutes early. Someone ran and locked the door as I pulled in to dine. Door says the hours are until 10pm. They closed the door at 9:29 on September 2nd 2025.
Well it looked nice.... but almost 7am and all they had were drinks and hasbrowns.... not quite the McDonald's breakfast I was looking for.... and no reason given, no sorry for the inconvenience just.... that's all we have. Glad there is another one on my route.
