I CANT BELIEVE THAT I ORDERED A DRINK I SPILLED ITN IN THE CAR. I WENT INSIDE TO GET REFILL AND THEY TOLD ME I HAVE TO BUY A NEW CUP SINCE THEY DONT DO REFILLS. THE BUN ON THE MCDOUBLE WAS STALE AND HARD. AND NO KETCHUP. I WAS CHARGE TWICE FOR A DRINK WHEN THEY SHOULD OF REFILLED IT FOR

Slow, inconsiderate service. I sat in the drive thru for 20 min in the 2nd lane while the 1st lane continued to get their orders taken. When I pulled up to the drive-thru window to inform them of what was happening, I was told I could just come inside.

The ice cream machine is ALWAYS Broken. I was told they dont serve drinks on the weekends, the food always comes out cold and theres only 1 person in the entire store that speaks and understands English.

Drive thru. Horrid. Slow. Asked for something. Paid for it. Checked the bags it was missing and the woman almost threw the money back after I asked for refund. Only suggestion I have for people besides skipping this location is check your bags.

Workers here are still keeping doors locked until 7 am or later when supposed to be open at 6!!! Like every other McDonald's, this is the only one I've ever seen do this and I'm pretty sure its illegal to have doors locked when supposed to be open there for denying people use of a public bathroom that's supposed to be open which is illegal, one day someone is going to sue you guys or come in and flip out because of this sick of door being locked when supposed to be open and I'm sure I'm not the only one , stop being lazy and open the f ing door at 6 am everyday like your supposed too!!!

NO SODA REFILLS. Not sure if it is even allowed? Cashier said something about high school students abusing it but it should not be our problem and just seems cheap and odd.

Disappointed! Fries were burnt for the 2nd time coming here. Burger was stale and so much lettuce but no mayonnaise like I asked for! The costumer service was horrible, the first door had an attitude problem!
