McMenamy Seafoods

I feel that I was robbed for my hard earned money, $43 for a lobster plate and it was only a half a pound of lobster. I’ve been going to McMenamy’s for years, but will never go there again. The quality is horrible.

Ordered haddock, was given a good piece and a piece of fried skin... paid 18dollars..
Its happen more than once.. I wanted to see if it would change

My husband and I literally been coming here for years but 2 days ago we always ordered the same thing fisherman platter I was so disappointed in the food fodder was dry, overcooked , French fries were soggy and the whole platter when we opened the box was a mess no favor and the girls were nasty, attitudes, no respect for the customers I’m feel sorry for the other people next to me bcuz them girls gave them a hard time and they were elderly couple SAD never recommend this place for anyone and they lost regular customers like us

I live in Missouri and was in town looking for some East Coast Sea food, and I chose this restaurant by their reviews and the fact of years in business. BUT it was very disappointing. The food had no flavor, and the calm chowder tasted like it came out of the can .I was disappointed and the cost was not worth the food! I would never go back or recommend this place.

So I DoorDash and two days in a row I went in there and both waitresses were rude. Just kept talking and gossiping about people not putting my order. My order. Literally set up there for seven minutes and they’re very very unprofessional. I will never against the DoorDash from there and I’ve already reported it to DoorDash horrible get new

OK fried seafood, but very skimpy Capt.'s Platter. Don't order it!
A superbad value for $ 44.00: 9 shrimp; 6 scallops-all small-medium; a handful of clam strips; 3 nice fried fish filets; 2 small tasty Cole slaws; many onion rings and a TON of French fries, more than I have ever got anywhere in my life. Any other item will give you more seafood pro rata.

Drove all the way here (11 miles) and I wish I didn’t. There is a woman at the counter that is kinda no welcoming, not sure if it was because of my skin or she just was having a bad mid morning. The food was not delicious at all. Clam strips were ok again ok, but that frozen fish they selling shouldn’t be on the menu. I’m a certified chef and I clearly know when a restaurant is using frozen foods but YET charging you a week paycheck. Nope not ever going back, even if food was free!

One of the best places to get seafood in the Brockton area! Got the fish sandwich with fries and I loved it! They use crinkle cut fries which is a nice touch, yummy! The fish is very fresh and was large and yummy on my sandwich! Got a side of mac and cheese and that was great too! Everything was hot and delicious! The staff are nice and food didn't take very long to be served! Place is very nice inside and is quite nice! They even have a bar in the dining room area and a drive-thru for pick up orders! Now I see why McMenamy's has a long history in Brockton, I'll return!
