The drive thru takes awhile unless you pre-order online and you then may wait if others in front of you don't. I waited in line for over 10 minutes for 3 cars ahead of me to pickup their orders. I don't think the drive thru is a fast pickup choice if you order sandwiches or large orders.

I have a lot to say about this Panera. We came here on a very slow day (July 4th) and the female manager, who was absolutely lovely, did ALL of the work. It's like the other people working there couldn't be bothered. My greek salad came out amazing. No complaints with the food. But we went to sit outside, and one of the actual STAFF members started cat calling my wife from his car. As much as the food service was good, that has completely soured our view of this place.

I ordered off the Uber Eats and I try to get schedule due to I am at work so I need it here by a certain time. Everytime I pre order my food the order gets canceled saying it they couldn't deliver. Then I reordered lunch pay extra money for fast delivery from this store and they are able to make the delivery. Once fine, twice maybe but this is an on going and those extra fee from Uber Eats so I can enjoy my lunch adds up. Stop canceling pre-orders when you can fill the order.

Lots of free parking. Cashier was friendly. Bagels had no flavor and doughy. Dirty dining room. Piles of dirty dishes next to the drinks and soda machine, floor dirty. Empty tabletops dirty. Employees texting away on their phones instead of cleaning. Even the trash barrels were overflowing onto the counter top.
