I was expecting
Prompt service. A lot of standing around waiting for service.
I like the Panera Bread model.
I would go back

Not what it used to be. Salad was as good as McDs for 2x the price. Hope the franchise hasn't changed to cheaper ingredients across the board.....
Ordered door dash and my sandwich was covered in salt. I could not consume it!!!

I always order chicken popyseed salad take out. It's annoying one because i have to ask one of the kitchen staff to hand my bag and most of the time they dont even look at the people standing there waiting for the food that is sitting there. I dont know why they stop putting our paid in full order at the take out place for easy and conveniency. Second, my salad is always missing either the chicken or the popyseed dressing ?♀️
The worst place ever; the manager is rude; don’t give them your money.

I'm so disappointed they no longer have the Asian Sesame Chicken Salad anymore.
They should probably lose more stars for this atrocity, but the other food is too good.
Expensive for what it is though.

It's hard to really give a complete review on food, service, or atmosphere. It's a chain and all of the pros and cons of Chain Services and restaurants apply here. For instance a big negative for me is they've narrowed their availability of cream cheese to only honey walnut and plain. They used to carry a variety of cream cheeses. Similarly they used to have a wide selection of available Bagels. They don't do that anymore either. They have expanded their lunch menu and the varieties available. Obviously those are more profitable. And for the most part you're at the mercy of whoever is doing the checkout when you place your order as to whether or not you get really good service or marginally adequate service. The one thing that has going forward is that good coffee and there are many convenient locations. Overall it's a 3 to a 3.5 with room for improvement in every area.

This was a troublesome experience and took us nearly an hour. Not so clean and there was only one person working the register. Food was acceptable but not the same size (smaller) than other Panera restaurants, but otherwise tasted the same. Tables were dirty. Minor conflict with staff, don't change your mind or ask any questions. I felt like I would be attacked by employees if I made eye contact.

So I don't know if she's the night shift leader or manager, but you can tell when someone has had much authority before or if they just get pushed around at home, but this lady is so infuriating to talk to. She has this condescending attitude. She was talking to me like an ignorant person talks to a special needs person. Then goes and sits at the table outside the doors and sit there on the phone ripping down cigarettes while everyone wraps up the store. Probably just gonna hit up a different location. I just started seeing her too. Think she's still in her 1st 90
